We live in Kerrville and specifically travel to this Subway. This location usually makes our sandwiches best. We've tried others nearest to us and won't go through that experience again. Only happened once but we told them the lettuce was looking poorly and they just looked at us but they did end up getting lettuce after asking directly. Asked for more sauce and got little to NO sauce. I asked for jalapeños and got NO jalapeños. Barely any peppers or onions on this damn sandwhich.

Terrible. Each time they Short the order. Fool me once, fool me twice after I asked them specifically if all was in bad. Get home 2 sandwiches short. Again. Same with my friends nearby. Seem to be a repeat for this store. Not time to waist to go back and get sandwiches. Buyer beware

This is my usual place for subway but it's almost never open when I go (I go well before it should be closed/closing). I went today at around 5:30 expecting it to be open, but when I got there the two men working had left already and it was closed. The time on Google said it closes at 9pm. Very disappointed.

Came up to one of your employees.He was eating food, which is cool but when I asked if yall had chicken soup, he touched his mouth to catch the food from flying out then touch the counter where he makes the food. He also said no chicken soup. But by then I walked away... NO way will my food be made like that..

I'm in total shock and disgusted I just say a worker sitting on the counter where the bread come out and is placed! When did it become acceptable to sit your behind on a food counter at work and not even get up and move when customers approach! That can't be sanitary! Everything is normally great about this location but In definitely not going back!!

People are nice, that's about it, sandwich was cold by the time the chick finished wrapping my subway, plus this tops my sloppiness subway sandwich ever by a lot, so many times I've added every vegetable onto the sandwich that is usually stuffed way more ( i requested light eveything so the wouldnt struggle) and not a single drop of sauce coming out, couldn't even unwrap this subway because of the sauce being all over the paper. It would be understandable if it was busy but I was the only one there when I got there, other dude took a while making the online order as well. Which he was supposed to help me but pretty much threw at the girl so he could do the The more simple order by the time my sandwiches were given to me 2 other people showed up, THAT'S IT. Seems like chick was new so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Seems as if they both took long so they wouldn't have to attend the next customers. Idk was just a wacky experience Lol but I guess they do it so nobody comes back.
