Came in 20 min before closing and the two girls with pink hair had cleaned everything and were just standing there. They said they didnt have any parchment paper to make sandwiches and said they texted their manager to see if they had any. They obviously did not want to make anything. Horrible service definitely need to fire them and find workers that want to work.

My meatballs tasted off. Been going to Subway for over 10 years. The meatballs tasted off and not as warm as I'm used to. A veggie didn't look as fresh. Daytime staff was great.

went in to get a sandwich and the girls were very unprofessional cussing and not paying attention to my order, the young girl made my sandwich wrong and didn’t have any of the ingredients i wanted for it. after i told her she made my sandwich wrong she laughed and denied service to the next customer.

Please hire employees that want to work hate walking in somewhere getting looked at with rolling eyes i said hi ignores me walks to the back then comes back and says what do I want both African American girls then I'm proceed to order then tries to make me pay before I was done ordering and sandwich wasn't even made yet it was in the oven think they were upset they were trying to close at 10:15 when I thought business hours were til 11 please do better subway

Placed order online but got there a little early to pick up heard they were working on my order to see they had the wrong bread and not the EXTRA mayo as requested.
Pointed it out to man and he said “they were out of white bread so they picked that one mean while. All the sandwiches being made were on white bread
So he just flipped my sandwich over on to new bread and wrapped it didn’t even put the mayo on as requested. All staff was rude!

My family and I walked in on a Friday afternoon and we were greeted by the two girls at the counter loudly talking about their personal lives. We were not acknowledged until about 5 mins after we approached the counter. While we were ordering the girl with Red hair was making my sisters sandwich and she was rushing her. While the rest of my family was ordering a Hispanic girl with black hair came to help her since I was ordering 4 sandwiches. They both had a bad attitude and were rolling their eyes and making little comments and laughing. It’s very rude and unwelcoming especially when I was being polite while ordering . If they don’t like their jobs then they shouldn’t be there. It’s not the customers fault they’re miserable. They need to get it together and act professionally.

Walked In To This Subway At 9:04pm On 7/25/24 Today! We Were Not Welcomed Into The Establishment! My Spouse Used The RR, Came Out And We We’re Ready To Order, We Had Our 2 Girls With Us. The Girl Who Was Working The Front (African American - Heavy Set) Just Kept Working And Acted Like We Were Not There, She Was Putting Things Away, And My Spouse Told Me To Let Her Know We Are Ready, I Said Let’s Give Her A Few Minutes She Is Putting Items Away, 5 Minutes Pass Nothing! Then She Proceeds To Say “ I’ll Be Right With You”, Ok
.., She Still Doing What’s She Doing We We’re Literally There For 11minutes And Nothing! No One Else In There, She Had Her Air Pod In Her Ear At That. Just Very Unprofessional, There Was Another Girl There With Her Mexican With Braids And She Even Came Out To Say Under Her Breath “You Still Have These People Waiting”, If You Don’t Like Your Job Then Quit! I Know Days Are Rough But It’s Your Job! You Could Have Just Took Our Order And We Would Have Been Out Your Way, The Worst Customer Service I Experienced In My Life! We Ended Up Leaving Cause Who Knows When She Would Have Taken Our Order, Ended Up Just Getting Canes.
