My husband and I were on our way home and wanted to pick some food up for dinner. We were in the mood for Subway so we googled closest location and their hours and they were listed as open till 11pm. So we went ahead and drove over and before we even crossed the parking lot to get to the front door a male employee signaled to us that they had stopped serving for the night, it was only 10:15pm. If they don't want customers to come in after a certain time then update your hours to say closed at 10pm instead of 11pm, or go find another job that doesn't have you working so late.

Be very careful with this place, these people are thieves and liars If you arrive for pick up your order, they tell you someone already picked it up. They are always outside because they don't even have costumers. If you make a complaint, they don't give you a customer service number. The manager is very irresponsible, mocking and rudely she told me she talked to the Subway owner directly and they can't do anything if u have any problem fix it with the app, they cover each other they are so miserable.

KE BAD...KE ONE IS GOING TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER KE ASKED FOR THE LINE AND THEY TELL YOU KE THEY ALREADY DELIVERED IT AND KE THERE'S NOTHING TO DO...BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY'RE ALREADY GIVING A CUSTOM OF NOT GIVING ANYTHING AND THE MANAGER'S ALONE THEY SAY THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY COME OUT AND ONE AS A KEDA CUSTOMER WITHOUT HIS FOOD OR MONEY?

Google, Apple and the Subway website all say this location closes at 11. Got there at 10:40 and saw all the lights on in the store but two employees were sitting outside by the door telling us that they are closed?

I have not been to a Subway in years. They just didn't keep up with all the other chains that showed up in San Antonio. Jersey Mike's, Lenny's, Which Wich, etc... But I heard about all the fuss around "now they use fresh sliced meat" so I decided to check them out, also curious if they still have the $5 footlong from way back in the day circa early 2000s.So first of all this location is in Dellview which already tells you something (raza de la lower middle y mas lower class) but it was all new inside with ceiling fans that were way too small for the space, a classic raza design feature.Anyway, I saw the meat slicer but it sat on the back counter, clean and shiny, obviously not in production. The hint of Fabuloso wafting in the air but no smell of fresh cut anything. Apparently, the meat slicer is just for show because all the meats were sitting in the same stainless steal boxes already sliced. The bread tasted the same. In fact, to be puro honest, it tasted like the same old Subway but double the price.My foot long sandwich was $13.63. I will stick with Lenny's and Jersey Mike's.

I havent eaten at a Subway in nearly 5 years. I decided to go for a sandwich today because it was near where I was headed. When I walked in, I saw the menu had changed. I asked the guys working behind the counter about an old menu item. They were able to make it for me, as they now have a build your own section of menu. There were three employees when I visited. Angel, Christian, and Josh. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. The restaurant was clean and in a nice condition. The exterior parking lot was clean as well. I did notice that they did not have oven mitts to take things out of the oven. They have that large spatula type thing to get things out, which works for most items. But I also ordered a salad with steak. They should have mitts to handle the hot container. I want to clarify that they all wore gloves while handling the food, but they are those clear plastic ones and do not protect from extreme heat.

My experience at first was a little crazytraveling thru to Dallas Texas from California I stopped and got me a sub while in a hurry leaving it behind. Well now traveling back home and they were so helpful by replacing my footlong thank you u guys are one of the best teams ever

The two lovely workers were extremely welcoming and made excellent conversations with us. the energy and vibes were great. Those 2 definitely need a raise. The service was quick and they had a lot of broccoli cheddar soup which we don't normally come across.
