Everyone makes mistakes, but thank you so much to Fern & Sarah who went above & beyond to make sure everything was correct on my order. I really do appreciate them & would definitely recommend this location to family & friends!

This place is actually open 24hr. I'm impressed.
Had ordered here during my visit of San Antonio and was disappointed with my take out. Once I got home to eat my sandwich. Spicy Italian with provolone cheese lettuce, mayo banana peppers black olives and oil. To have tomatoes and American cheese on my sandwich. I had drove back to speak to the manager and was waiting 15 mins to speak to them. Gavin I believe his name was. Once he came to speak to me, he gave off a “I don’t care attitude” and said they had rush and mixed orders. I asked for a refund and he was tried to express to me that I couldn’t get a refund but can make me another sandwich, which I didn’t want. But had to accept. I will never order from that location again.

I have been visiting this location for over 10 years now and never have I experienced or witnessed the customer service that I have been receiving lately. For the last couple of weeks I go in & the employee "Gavin " always very rude & unprofessional! The way he speaks to the customers is out of line. Always rushing & very catty attitude. I understand workers(Gavin) have bad days. But this worker has had too many! & it's making the customers feel uncomfortable. I really hope someone takes care of this situation (not the first time Gavin acts this way/demonstrates unprofessional behavior) because I enjoy going to this location & I want to be able to continue going & tipping the good workers. Gavin needs to seek help or be sent to some trainings to work on his attitude/ professionalism

First of all, im all for quick service but little man with the ear rings need to learn to chill. Not everyone knows what they want as soon as they walk into the store. Damn near felt rush the minute I stepped inside. Second the damn spinach was blacking and had a hair in it, so that's pretty gross. Other than that. It's alright.

I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances hoping it was an off day for its lack of service and quality. Today was another letdown. Ordered online with exact instructions on how to build my sandwich. They NEVER put anything extra as requested. Despite the receipt showing.(more) of something. The breads are extremely thin and sad here! Plus they NEVER have pickles?!
It’s now a letdown and I won’t be visiting this location anymore, actually second guessing subway as a company. I’ll be going to nearby jimmy John’s or Jersey Mike’s I’d rather pay for quality at this point as subway is no lover a value anyway for a lousy sandwich.
Service is also no existent at this location. If the sandwiches were top quality I wouldn’t care. Overall this location is a letdown to subway and the neighborhood.

I ordered online when I get there thinking that my order was being build the guy didn't even start on my order after that I was like okay at least you'll be fresh and hot but no shortly after I get my order and the Bread wasn't even toasted and I am missing all of the stuff that I told him I want it in my sandwich I expected extra lettuce extra tomato pretty much extra everything and did not get it and to make it worse I'm missing pickles so when I get home at this point expecting bring me and my wife to just have our sandwiches and go to bed no I have to throw away her sandwich because she won't eat it and I'm upset that my sandwich isn't even hot, I called to complain and the dude told me that I had to bring the sandwich back right now or tomorrow when I'm not even going to be wanting Subway at that point because this is such a disappointment I doubt I would want Subway at any point next week because of this all I expected was for the guy to take down my name and hopefully make this up to me a subway reward member in the future ?

Went there on a Saturday night & ordered the Cold Cut Combo. Was going to get some cookies as a treat but none were available. Then I looked over at the prep line and saw the "trap" behind the line , lined w food debris. Not a lot of traffic out there so no reason not to keep things clean.
