Just left from having a great experience here. Rey was great at his job, sandwiches were great and he was super pleasant. Very good at customer service and that’s really hard to find nowadays. Definitely will be coming back.

Went here to order a meal with a coupon I received in the mail. Was by the employee making my sandwich they they do not accept coupons which h is weird because the coupon I had is directly mailed from Subway…. Didn’t try to clarify and wanted me to pay full price.

Train your employees or at least hire personnel who know how to read!

I don't know why they created their sandwiches with bombastic names if the employees aren't going to learn the ingredients!

This is the second time I've ordered "The Boss" sandwich through delivery and they don't put fresh mozzarella cheese on it!!! The description clearly says that it has "BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella" and they don't say it, but they charge you for it at full price!!!

Employees never change their gloves, they ring up customers with their gloves on and then make the next sandwich with the same gloves still on. That is disgusting enough, but then the woman who helped me grabbed my cup from the inside, also with the same dirty gloves. I would have complained but very snippy staff - didn’t feel like having an argument so I left. Definitely won’t come back.

I wish I can give 0 star. Inside of subway was clean but restroom looks like they never cleaned . Only one person working and she did not look happy and rude. While she was making sandwiches she dropped one of bread knife and she picked it up and used it. I did not give tip cuz she used dropped knife to make my sandwich and she scoffed at me. Absolutely not recommending this place.

Came in for some dinner sandwiches. Plus a small pizza for my daughter. 1 man crew i guess. The server did a great job. Clean dinning room. Plenty of parking outside. Very slow business as well, But nice n quiet. Over all: ??Server: hey, you do a good job making sandwiches. A good cook works alone. ?

Last night my sandwich was made incorrectly a veggie delight lol so i called the employee “Noah” hung up in my face .. so I called back and explained it to him he said he couldn’t give me a refund … I’d have to come back in the morning and speak with the manager I still decided to go back up there that night he refused to remake my sandwich because I took a bite …. Lol sir that’s how I knew it was made wrong and they throw them away anyways so why does it matter if I took a bite or not ??!! I came back in the morning and the manager Diane was so sweet and apologized and gave me my refund the restaurant is lucky to have her. But if he’s there run don’t order from there !!!!
