i walk up, there’s a sign that says “be back in 15 minutes” nothing about when they left.. could have been 30 minutes they were gone already for all i know. idk. so i wait for a couple minutes, i notice2 girls chopping it up in the corner.. they look in my direction, nothing.. i wait a couple more minutes one pops up, she’s nice, whatever i start placing my order, i ask for pickles and jalapeño. she’s out of pickles and jalapeño, i noticed none of the soda had been filled all the fountain drinks are all out, so im thinking nah they aren’t out, they just don’t want to make the extra effort to go get the pickles and jalapeño. i could be wrong but idk man, not cool.. the second girl popped up and had attitude for the guy ordering behind me so i just dipped. not cool. terrible service especially the second girl, like the customer made her take that job. you don’t have to work at subway bro. no manager nothing. if they were eating or on break, all they have to do is, one stays working the other one has their break easy solution.

Two EXTREMELY rude and sarcastic young female employees. Do not care about what they’re doing and have no experience in customer service whatsoever. There was also a half eaten cookie in the cookie display with the other cookies. No wonder this location was empty. Do not recommend.

Completely awful experience. Ordered food on the website for pickup. Sandwich was missing half the items on the receipt. Called up to ask what I needed to do and was told to come in the next day and they would remake it. Came in after a 12 hour shift at work and they said they needed the receipt. Went home and got it and came back and then they changed it to wanting the Sandwich back 24 hours later. Do not order online at this location. Can definitely see why they have such a low rating

Total Waste of Time and money - very rude employee no idea how to handle online order--i order a Veggie Subway and they dint have patty but marked my order completed and not know how to cancel or process a refund -- and also lied and pretended that they transfer order to near by subway when i drove to that location they said they dont have it ---so i had to pay again to eat as i dont want to go back and forth while kids were very Hungary --so over all cheated money and lied . never going to come back stay Away.....from cheaters....

Couldn't take any credit cards. Thankfully had cash that I didn't want to use? Was to go but no napkins given. Poor attitude from staff. Going elsewhere for sure!

The store is dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned all day. There's spoiled food on the line, such as the brown guacamole. The employee is rude and impatient. I would avoid this place if you can.

Don’t go to this place, they’re really rude, we ask for sandwich #6 and he made #16, and when I told him that that’s wasn’t what I asked he gets angry, we leave immediately, please get away from this place!!

???TAKE YOUR BUSINESS EISEWHERE!!!!First time ordering from this location via delivery app. There was an unfortunate glitch on it during ordering is what seems to be the issueSandwich arrived on time HOWEVER was not the sandwich that should have been ordered ..Sandwich had 10 sauces which only 2 were indicated as wanted in the app.No cheese not toasted etcTried to eat it as I'm not one to send food back.EVER.This sandwich was inedible...all the veggies were sogged bread sogged couldn't taste anything but all the sauces.Called the store politely explained the situation.... employee answers, says "uhhhhh... well....idk thats what you ordered" Again explained...he says let me call my mgr....mgr basically says too bad not my problem.I wasn't looking for a free sandwich if I was able eat this one I would've, I just at least wanted a replacement at any time...I didn't even want a refund just the sandwich I ordered!Employee refused to provide mgr name or his. Will definitely not be giving my money or business to this location

Was perfectly fine and healthy until I decided to try the #3 “monster” 30 mins after I finished my sub I had the worst stomach pain ever and all of sudden just started throwing up nonstop. My visit was at 215pm 12/23/23

It’s 11 am on a Sunday morning, my 7 year old daughter wanted some subway so we stopped by. No one was out there , so we called for someone to take our order, nothing…. Then my daughter got involved, “hello, I’m so hungry, can you please help me?” Still silence. I saw her arm walk by the window, turns out she was “washing the dishes with both headphones in, so she couldn’t hear us.” Then she said we were supposed to sing the bell and not walk to the side because no one was responding…. How could us dinging the bell make a difference with her knowing we were there over us calling out for help? She made us feel uncomfortable, so we left. Work on customer service here guys, you have potential.

Avoid. The girls working could barely be bothered during their gossiping about a trainee. Had to “interrupt” them ti finish my order. It’s pretty bad when the customer feels like an inconvenience to the employees who’s job is customer service.

Subway sucks. Close the location because low-lives work there. They don't care about anything except themselves. Their lives would be better if they worked somewhere else instead of a place that pays minimum wage. Subway sucks.
