Ordered online at 925, my sibling went inside to pick it up at 940, he was told by the worker that he would make it after he helps 3 people in line. More people kept coming in and they continued to just help those in line. 15 mins later they gave him the wrong sandwich, he opened it to check and low and behold it was not the sandwich I ordered. He told the little boy working there that it was the wrong sandwich, which he then replied “well if it’s not yours then just put it back on the rack” my brother told him he had already touched it and the boy didn’t seem to care. Once it hit 1000 I was frustrated so I went inside to just cancel the order. I told them my brother has been waiting there 20 mins , the manager told me “ma’am he has not been here no 20 minutes”. I said ma’am he walked in at 940, it’s now 10:03 pm. I told her I understand y’all are busy but it shouldn’t take almost 45 mins to get one sandwich. She voided the order and the little boy just slammed the receipt in front of me and didn’t say a word. I’m disappointed bc I’ve never had a issue with them, they are usually quick or at the very least friendly if they are behind on the order.

Placed an online order and the young man that helped me seemed stoned, when I cane home and opened the sandwich I noticed the bread was stale and hard, wasn't cut in half and it was made like a hotdog, and they forgot my avocado and gave me onions that i didn't order. Thanks subway

Looked like a homeless person sleeping in the lobby and did not change gloves when making sandwiches and the vegetables didn't looks good or fresh

There's a great employee by the name of Allen. R who works here he is great with service kind to customers. An employee that enjoys the job, knows how to run every part of the operation, and can be the only employee present and handle large groups should be appreciated and acknowledged. With employees like Allen this place should constantly have business.

Ordered on 5/26 for delivery. Ordered a meatball sub and a boss and got delivered sandwiches with only 2 pieces of turkey in each. Employees must be that lazy. Can’t report or call because they are now closed.

I walked in and the manager was in the phone gossiping about another employee. Didn’t say welcome, didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there for about 2 minutes and another guy came out and didn’t welcome me in didn’t even look at me. Who hires these people. I’ll never come here again. This store is ghetto!!

I placed my order online and was not impressed with the sandwich. The sandwich was missing most of the veggies I requested, and it wasn't even filled from end to end. Whoever built that sandwich couldn't read or chose to ignore the order since it was to go. From the receipt you can see, I ordered onions and green peppers and more olives, but the sandwich did not have either one. Maybe the sandwich maker was having a bad day or maybe because I didn't leave a tip. Either way, I was not impressed with the sandwich. I am just glad they didn't forget the tuna.
