Ordered two “footlong” sandwiches on the app and got some small rolled up burritos. Hardly any veggies on it and was definitely not a 12” sub and was charged for them.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but they are exceptionally rude and act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job and I leave upset every time I go here
absolutely ridiculous service. this is why ppl don’t eat out anymore because of bs service from ppl who get paid to be there. my husband and i walked in around 7 or so and the worker didn’t greet us. that was my first red flag because the restaurant was empty so she wasn’t dealing with another customer. we walk up to the counter thinking maybe once we did she would greet us but nope. at this point i was uncomfortable because if you’re gonna act that way then why do i want to handling my food. then my husband asked what kind of bread they have because we haven’t been in so long so instead of telling us the options the lady tells us its listed in the green box on the menu . before he could read it she screams at him and repeated that the options are in the green box so we just walked out b/c absolutely not ma’am . who tf does that

All of a sudden you can’t substitute anything on a sandwich? Like what’s the difference on creating your own and asking for a damn substitution. Like I promise the ingredients aren’t coming out of your paycheck Pat.

I placed on online order that was to be ready for pickup at 1:50, whyis it.2:00 and my order has not even been made. One.person working with a line of customers. This is horrible not to mention another customers order was to be ready 15 minutes before mine and has not been made. When there is only one person working, take online offline. I will not be coming back.
