Filthy drink area, there was debris other than soda under the grate below the fountain sprouts.
I agree with the other negative reviews about the customers service. The last time I ate here, I ordered a chicken salad 6 inch, when I got back to work and opened it , I found the rotisserie chicken with mayo on it, no chicken salad. I called to speak to the manager, he said that's how they serve it, and didn't offer a replacement. I left a message for the owner, and never received a response about my complaint. Maybe he didn't understand English very well?
Non American owned business, I found out ,trending in this area of medical center, that explains all the complaints and problems.

I ordered a protein bowl of 5 meats and got a spicy Italian. No chopped meats and she said they don't chop anymore, yet I get 1 protein bowl a day and always chopping my meats.

Nice very talkative lady.. great customer service.. Not a 5 star review. Because my bread was crunchy and I don't like mine toasted. So that must have been bread from earlier. Anyway I'll be back.

Usually I am pretty easy going about mistakes on my order but she got everything but the meat wrong :/. Another employee stepped in and corrected the order though, I think she was having a bad day

Feom the moment I walked into yhos location, I felt ar home. Suer friendly staff and very helpful. I have super poor eyesight and the Mgr, Stephanie, was si patient with me and didn't make me feel like I was taking up too much time. A smile goes a long way and I guess i picked the roght place to have lunch because she was full of smiles not just with me but with everyone there at the time. She acknowledged the customers I'm lone after me to make sure they knew she was aware of them being there. That's a huge plus for me because I'm alwayz taking too long and she didn't make me feel rushed. I got a tnna salad and boy I wasn't disappointed. Clean restrooms and dining area as well 2 huge thumbs up for this restaurant and it's employees!!
