I ordered two sandwiches through the app, but when I arrived at the store around 4:25 PM (my scheduled pickup time), the location was not open. As such, they took my money but gave me no food. The store would not take my call, and the district manager refused to give me a refund.

I ordered one dozen cookies seems like a pretty simple straightforward order but they refused to make more cookies to fulfill the order since when does subway refuse money because their workers don’t want to do their job ?

The manager she’s a skinny old short lady. She is very rude and treats her employees ugly. The way she talks to them is not right. She even gave attitude to a customer, the pizza she made was almost burned. The manager was a bit frustrated so she ends up giving her a new pizza. Besides the horrible service of the manager. The place is nice and knew. But I love subway the food is always good.
