Very rude customer service the girl SAM is beyond disrespectful management should have a talk with her. Because I will never be going back to this place ever again very rude and she don’t have any customer service or respect for others.

If I’m being honest even a 1 star is a lot for this store. No management no customer service not clean at all or even sanitary. The girl there with colored hair her name was Sam was very disrespectful and arrogant she seemed like she didn’t even wanna work. She was being very disrespectful and used a lot of bad words. She had her personal phone on the cutting board next to the sandwiches she used her phone and then went back to the sandwich without changing gloves very disappointing and disgusting I advice everyone not to go there please.

Isaac and a younger woman helped us and made a permanent customer today...the store was clean, the customer service was above and beyond. And the atmosphere was inviting. Thank you for being good people in today's world.

I will be calling the store back in the morning asking to speak with a district manager we do not even live in this area we live in Cibilo Texas furthermore this was our first time coming here we decided to stop here me and my husband it was 15 min til it closes and when we got there the young girl looked like she didn’t want to be there she heated my bread and threw the spatula on top of the oven I had to also keep repeating how I wanted my sandwich her eyes looked red like she was sick or maybe even intoxicated she continued to make my sandwich then this other guy that was there I’m taking he was the manager ( had a black polo shirt) proceeded to do my vegetables then she started to make my husbands sandwich when she ran to the trash I can see here where she kept throwing up ugly and yet I told the manager and he didn’t even say anything and ignored me, my husband said not to make a big deal he just wanted to get out of there i didnt even finish ordering what we were going to order like our drinks after seeing that who would?? total discussing I hope corporate reads this!! Here’s a picture of my receipt ! Look at the cameras and see how that girl went and didn’t care and just threw up cleaned her spit with her arm didn’t even wash her hands and continued to make my husbands sandwich I drove back to my area and had to pay again for new sandwiches!!

Very rude, low customer service skilled employees here. No freeh vegetables. Barely any tuna on my tuna sandwich. He scraped the bottom of the avocado that was old and not fresh. And has the audacity to say, “it’s extra.” Yeah no. Not for old, crusty avocado. We asked for fresh veggies and he made some comment about how half is for the morning workers and the rest is for the evening workers. This guy has some issues. He is always rushing you. Very rude. You can’t see them putting the meat on your sandwich. It’s blocked. Dirty environment. No customer service skills at all. I asked the female if it’s cheaper to get the combo verses just with a drink. She literally whispers, “I don’t know. He would know.” And points to the annoying male worker. Subway used to be a sandwich place with lots of fresh veggies. Now it’s dirty and only 5 veggies to choose from and definitely not fresh at all and all mixed with eachother. When asked what cheese we wanted, we couldn’t see any cheese so my husband looked for the cheese and the male worker taps on the plastic and says, “here are the cheeses.” Like no. We want to see them. He squeezed a HUGE amount of mayo on my bread and barely any tuna at all. People want to “see” you make their sandwich. Why are you hiding it????? We just walked out. Will never return to this location. This isnt the first time this male employee has acted this way. Like chill bro. Chill out. All you had to do is make a sandwich. Not food poisoning. You’re better off closing this location.

Haven't tasted our sandwiches yet but the bologna is totally hanging out of the side! Ismael was in such a rush that he was confused on our entire order, and it was honestly extremely overwhelming. There was nobody in front or behind us and they weren't closing for another 3.5 hours... no reason to stress us out, or the other employees, especially when it's jeopardizing the quality of the food and service.

Order 1 foot long sandwich and was charged twice cuz the young man behind the screen did not know how to work register and stated it would not charge me twice . Bank statement shows it did. Charge me twice called the store and a week later. Still have not heard from the manager. All the subways that are franchise owned the owners never want to help make a wrong situation, correct.

As a verified Google reviewer, I have a deep appreciation for Subway. My family and I are regulars at Subway, and it's always been a place that greets us with warm smiles. However, my recent visit to this particular Subway was quite disappointing. The atmosphere was noticeably negative, and the employees seemed unhappy, which was a stark contrast to my previous experiences.Even when I attempted to engage with the employee behind the counter, her demeanor remained unwelcoming. Not a single smile was to be found. Now, let's talk about the food. My wife and I have our go-to orders; she prefers the BMT 6-inch, and I always opt for the ultimate BMT footlong. To my dismay, this time, it seemed like they cut corners on the meat, something I've never encountered at any other Subway location.Based on this experience, I can only assume that it's an issue specific to this particular branch. Regrettably, I won't be returning here, and I'll be advising my friends to do the same. I paid $11 for what was supposed to be the ultimate BMT, but as the attached picture shows, it fell short of that standard. It seems I should have been charged for a regular BMT instead.
