Today the young man who made my sandwiches presented excellent customer service skills. He was patient, thorough , and had great manners. Usually when I come to this location its someone rushing you or always seeming to have an attitude. But not today. Never seen him before but he knocked out 4 sandwiches by himself while the other sat eating . Thanks for the great customer service young man I almost gave up hope at this location but you saved that. Its the little things that keep customers. I see a future manager keep him around

Iv came to this location several times for both myself and my wife and have never had any issues up until yesterday. I normally place my order via the app and go in immediately to ensure my meal is made right. Normally I tell them how I would like it made and they make it with no issues. This time they forgot to toast the bacon so my wife took the sandwich back (un eaten btw not even a single bite) and some guy named Ismael who claimed to be the store manager made her cry. He denied to remake the sandwich and then crumbled her receipt and tossed it behind him denying our refund. And she left the store empty handed. Very disappointing. My loss your gain on the $10 & whoever the store owner is should consider giving Ismael some customer service training because he came off extremely passive aggressive and as if he didn’t want to be there. If anyone would like to reach out to my directly please do!

Ismael G was very polite, the store was the cleanest subway I've ever been to. He immediately said good morning to both me and my better half. And, had our sandwiches done in great time and just the way we like them. Great manager very personable, 10/10 we will be back because of the customer service.

If I’m being honest even a 1 star is a lot for this store. No management no customer service not clean at all or even sanitary. The girl there with colored hair her name was Sam was very disrespectful and arrogant she seemed like she didn’t even wanna work. She was being very disrespectful and used a lot of bad words. She had her personal phone on the cutting board next to the sandwiches she used her phone and then went back to the sandwich without changing gloves very disappointing and disgusting I advice everyone not to go there please.

Isaac and a younger woman helped us and made a permanent customer today...the store was clean, the customer service was above and beyond. And the atmosphere was inviting. Thank you for being good people in today's world.

I will be calling the store back in the morning asking to speak with a district manager we do not even live in this area we live in Cibilo Texas furthermore this was our first time coming here we decided to stop here me and my husband it was 15 min til it closes and when we got there the young girl looked like she didn’t want to be there she heated my bread and threw the spatula on top of the oven I had to also keep repeating how I wanted my sandwich her eyes looked red like she was sick or maybe even intoxicated she continued to make my sandwich then this other guy that was there I’m taking he was the manager ( had a black polo shirt) proceeded to do my vegetables then she started to make my husbands sandwich when she ran to the trash I can see here where she kept throwing up ugly and yet I told the manager and he didn’t even say anything and ignored me, my husband said not to make a big deal he just wanted to get out of there i didnt even finish ordering what we were going to order like our drinks after seeing that who would?? total discussing I hope corporate reads this!! Here’s a picture of my receipt ! Look at the cameras and see how that girl went and didn’t care and just threw up cleaned her spit with her arm didn’t even wash her hands and continued to make my husbands sandwich I drove back to my area and had to pay again for new sandwiches!!

The 2 ladies working were amazing! The store is clean, they are polite and hard working. I have never been so impressed with a company before, especially during a lunch rush
