They constantly fail to prep enough raspberry cheesecake cookies (for over a year now). When ordering through Doordash you never know it's an issue until your order arrives without them. And this is at lunch or in the afternoon. If I could select which store to order from on Doordash I would avoid this one.
The worst customer service! Clearly the employees have not been trained to encourage customers to buy or stay. I came to this location for lunch. When it was my turn I asked an employee if they had a veggie sub because I couldn’t find it on the menu. They role me I could make my own or something to that effect, kind of mumbled something and walked away - without notice - to get a sandwich out of the toaster for a customer being helped by someone else. Then, continued to walk in the opposite direction and not assist me. I left because there are too many choices in this city, but the horrible customer service flawed me. Go someplace else if you can.
Employee heard our undesisive thoughts and knew what we needed. He said "I know what you want, let me do it my way. I know you will love it!" Daaaaaamn my husband was impressed. Dom had great customer service, was an amazing prep, cashier, drink specialist and sales man. Unfortunately he will be moving locations BUT we will definitely follow. Thank you so very much!!!

Went here after a long day of hiking with friends, we came in and all of the staff was super friendly and attended us incredibly quickly. We got our food and it was delicious, definitely needed it after that long workout. will for sure be back next time we’re in the area

Apparently the employees here can not read. They completely mess up online orders and when you complain to Subway you get a canned “Thank you for your comments” reply. We won’t be back for sure.

One person working Saturday noon. Had to wait until she finished online orders. Menu has changed. Prices have gone up. She was snappish and rude when I asked about breads. I won’t be back.

I was already pretty disappointed at the sight of the vegetables: all bins were almost empty, the lettuce was brown tinged, and tomatoes translucent from sitting in liquid too long. Then while watching my sandwich being made I watched the girl put on gloves, begin making the sandwich, then had to get into the fridge to replace some vegetables. She never changed her gloves when she went back to make my sandwich so everything on that fridge handle went into my sandwich. She then rang me up in the same gloves and never changed them while going into the fridge again to make a churro for the next person. This is not an employee problem, this is a TRAINING problem.

I haven't been in subway in yrs, shocked that my 6inch was smaller than a tight burrito filled with mayo and a sliver of Philly cheese which is what I ordered.. won't be back and the total on the register was different than what I saw YES it was an automatic TIP.. nope won't be going

Service was okay, but the portions are the worst. Me and my boyfriend came for two BLT wraps. What we got was two extra large tortilla wraps the size of a tire with two slices of bacon probably less than an ounce. We will not be back here or to any subway!

To the employees at this Subway I beg you please do not wear charm bracelets while making the sandwiches. A young lady made a sandwich for me and I watched as that charm bracelet hit my food and cross contaminated everything. I didn’t say anything thought I could get over it but I couldn’t.
