Unfortunately this subway is too swamped and not enough employees to man walk ones with online. They prioritize walk ins even if you're online came first so if it's during a rush then good luck. Nothing on the employees, but franchisee/owner is the fault one for how they are running things

I would like to point out that when my mom and I were here. Two younger adults boys one with one grill and the other with glasses with small arm tattoo. We’re throwing cucumber slices at each other. While gentleman with glasses was doing a sandwich. Very unprofessional. This was done around 6:15 ish.
Poor food! No customer service! Sandwich was made cheap and old veggies! I rather pay the extra money and go to jimmy Jon's. Never again! Not made to the proper standards of what you ask or place online. Very poor
Don't bother ordering ahead on the app, just go in and order. It's quicker.
I come here often because I live close by. I always get a 12” whole-wheat tuna sandwich with nothing but tuna on it. The last 3 times I ordered this tuna sandwich it doesn’t even have enough tuna to cover the entire 12” bread. Two times I just tore off the last 3” of the bread because there wasn’t any tuna there. This time I asked them to make sure they put enough tuna to cover the entire sandwich. They told me it would be $1.50 more for two more scoops of tuna. I don’t have this problem at any other subway just this one. I won’t be coming here anymore.
I would like for once get what I am paying for not getting my two scoops of Tuna because the employee is to lazy to restock the trays so she decides to spread the one scoop all over the 6inch bread

Michelle was absolutely amazing, very sweet, very quick and very professional. I've never had such great service from a subway before or even left a review. I will drive all the way to this location for food as long as Michelle is there. The other employees there were all amazing as well and pleasant.

They constantly fail to prep enough raspberry cheesecake cookies (for over a year now). When ordering through Doordash you never know it's an issue until your order arrives without them. And this is at lunch or in the afternoon. If I could select which store to order from on Doordash I would avoid this one.
The worst customer service! Clearly the employees have not been trained to encourage customers to buy or stay. I came to this location for lunch. When it was my turn I asked an employee if they had a veggie sub because I couldn’t find it on the menu. They role me I could make my own or something to that effect, kind of mumbled something and walked away - without notice - to get a sandwich out of the toaster for a customer being helped by someone else. Then, continued to walk in the opposite direction and not assist me. I left because there are too many choices in this city, but the horrible customer service flawed me. Go someplace else if you can.
Employee heard our undesisive thoughts and knew what we needed. He said "I know what you want, let me do it my way. I know you will love it!" Daaaaaamn my husband was impressed. Dom had great customer service, was an amazing prep, cashier, drink specialist and sales man. Unfortunately he will be moving locations BUT we will definitely follow. Thank you so very much!!!
