I haven't been in subway in yrs, shocked that my 6inch was smaller than a tight burrito filled with mayo and a sliver of Philly cheese which is what I ordered.. won't be back and the total on the register was different than what I saw YES it was an automatic TIP.. nope won't be going

Service was okay, but the portions are the worst. Me and my boyfriend came for two BLT wraps. What we got was two extra large tortilla wraps the size of a tire with two slices of bacon probably less than an ounce. We will not be back here or to any subway!

To the employees at this Subway I beg you please do not wear charm bracelets while making the sandwiches. A young lady made a sandwich for me and I watched as that charm bracelet hit my food and cross contaminated everything. I didn’t say anything thought I could get over it but I couldn’t.

i come here quite often, i felt bad for the worker Emily because there was a semi long line to order and no one helped her. She called for help twice and i could hear her coworker talking in the back not helping. i’m pretty sure it was her manager, Michelle lol. i work in the service industry and know what it’s like to work by myself with no help, when the help is there… thought it was quite disrespectful of Michelle to respond rudely to her fellow associate in need of help. Emily provided great service holding the place down, only gave 1 star because of michelle. Emily deserves 5 stars. funny enough the amount of negative reviews towards Michelle show her character. not sure how she is even working there still.

Ordered and payed through the app. They no longer have the classic chicken bacon ranch. It is now called Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch. They begin making my sandwich. I did not realize it came with rotisserie chicken, and asked if they could do grilled chicken instead. The guy who is the lead says they can't do it and goes to call his boss on the phone(because clearly he can't problem solve). While calling his boss, he initially told me I could go back through the app and build my own sandwich. I said I already paid why should I do this. One employee quoted me to build my own sandwich it would cost 11.97. The Elite Chicken was 11.99. The assistant lead or whatever he is comes back and tells me his boss/owner says they cannot do it. OVER 2 CENTS PEOPLE! So I had him cancel my order and I left. NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO PROBLEM SOLVE! If I were the lead I would have just said change it out for them. They probably throw a great deal of food away every nignt anyway. In order to make the sale $20+ that was already paid I would have said let them have the chicken of their choice. They were willing to loose a sale over chicken so they have now lost my business for life! 3 people on duty and none of them could solve a 2 cent problem. The owner is incompetent too! It is not my duty to solve the problem for them. That is why they get paid. I do not feel I was being unreasonable, and I would know in the future how to make the sandwich I want. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AND FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered my food ahead of time (literally 55 minutes early) then they cancel it right when I was going to be on my way. I don't get a sorry or anything. I used to like this place but not too much anymore if this happens again.

Ordered two footlongs online. Picked up order, and it was one footlong and one 6-inch. Tried calling the store. The number rings and rings, no one answers, and I get a message that "the voicemail box is not accepting messsages." Tried calling back several times, with the same issue. I'm not going to drive back there due to their mistake. Would like to speak to the manager, but apparently that's not possible either. See photo: apparently this is what you get when you pay for "double meat"

MANAGER MICHELLE is DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and not only treats her customers TERRIBLY with a DISGUSTING attitude she also treats her employees terrible as well. Went into the restroom after an employee and witnessed smoke coming out as if they were consuming cannabis/ nicotine/cbd WHILE on the job. i recommend you DO NOT come to this location. Bandera gives way better service. Store is filthy, Customer service is terrible. Truly sad to see this is allowed.
