Place an order on the app, when I got to the store, they were all out of meat ball subs And I asked the lady for a refund and she gave me attitude and said it only managers to get refunds. There’s no way she can do it. I would have to be at the store in the morning. I work in the morning so there’s no way I can be at the store and I’m not sure why she couldn’t give a refund. She had like four tickets ahead of me so my food was never made. Not sure why they only had one lady working in there and she looked like an older lady. Very disappointed customer
