Ordered chicken bacon sub. Bread very tough and sandwich ingredients a gooey mess very hard to determine. Literally the last time after 25 years. Quality just continues to decline.

Went to subway for 6 meals. First called at least 8 times to place my order, the phone just rang, and rang.So I drive over, walk in to Subway and 2 employees were behind the counter. I told the man I needed several orders and the expression and noise he made was obvious that he did not like that i had so many orders. While other customers were behind me they had to wait for all my items being made, you could hear the phone ringing in the background. Exactly why you call ahead to place a large order. They did not answer the phone either. Very disappointed on the amount of vegetables and dressings they put on the sandwiches and the salad was certainly not worth the money. Very disappointed in there food, and hospitality. It is a wonder why this place is still in business. We will never go back.

I honestly love this location, I've been to the location on I 10 and UTSA and honestly that is the worst location I've ever been to. They are never prepared. They don't fill your sandwiches with anything, so I definitely don't recommend going there.However, every time I come to this location, they're always respectful and friendly, and I feel like my sandwiches are worth paying for . I personally get the ham sandwich and I add Peper jack cheese toasted , then i ask for cucumbers , lettuce , spinich, bell pepers , onions , salt , pepper , little mayo & i ask for chipotle mayo. My friend gets Italian bmt - provolone toasted with lettuce , onions , bell pepper , mayo & salt & pepper Of course, Subway is more personalized so everybody's gonna have their own opinion of what is good, but this is just the two that we always go for I personally love subway if I want Subway I know that a lot of people say that there's something that's better and of course to each their own but if I'm in the mood for Subway, this is the location I prefer to go to

I love subway but they discontinued some of the good Italian stuff but the new sandwiches are good too.
I dont know what is up with these subway workers off babcock. Every time I walk into the subway, these workers are rude. No customer service skills at all. They ignore ur questions and have attitude when u tell them ur order. I walkways eat the same thing at Subway bt manage to pay different costs every time. How do I pay for 2 meals the same price I paid for 3 every time I come. It's very upsetting

Ordered delivery. The last 4 orders have gotten worse EVERY SINGLE TIME. There was a sliver of hope thinking " can't possibly get worse right? RIGHT?" There's either more condiments on the wrapping paper so the sandwich comes out dry, no condiments at all when the sandwich comes with and isn't a request,, vegetables, if they decide to add any at all, taste like they're drenched in cleaning solution, or smashed to the point where the sandwich falls apart into 5 pieces.

Just moved to this side of town and got some coupons in the mail and decided to stop in. My first experience was great! Chris was absolutely amazing! He was actively cleaning when we pulled up, and had the store spotless. He was very kind, patient, and upbeat. Even when more people started trickling in, he kept his cool and handled everything without a sweat. The best part of it all, he makes a hell of a great sandwich!
