Only two stars because the sandwich artists are great. Should be 1 star based on staffing and management can never order online without waiting an extra twenty minutes past pickup time because only one person is working during lunch rush. When I worked for subway corporate I was pretty sure management is supposed to cover shifts so artists aren't alone managing everything. Very nice artists but always overwhelmed and rushed

I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich yesterday for pickup and it was the worse sandwich I have ever had hardly any meat, cheese or veggies I will never order from here again. Everyone beware of this restauran. It deserves 0 stars but it will no allow on google

There are multiple reviews talking about how this place is awful, and you should listen to every one. When we went, the same lady that is pictured in the reviews below pretended to toast our sandwiches (she did not), charged +$10 more than the cost. DOUBLE charged for a meal, meaning she made the cost for the meal included, and then charged for the cost to add it into a meal. For two sandwiches. Then tried explaining, but circled her own words, essentially saying nothing but saying that they 'had to do it this way', when I asked to do it the way she needed, she then said, she could not.Then when I gave into just getting the sandwiches without the meal, she still charged the meal cost without the chips or drink.This place is a joke.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Subway. The food quality was extremely poor, with portions that were much smaller than expected.Moreover, the customer service was deplorable. The staff became visibly irritated if you didn't understand their poor English, which only added to the frustration. They also provided very little assistance, often leaving issues unresolved.Additionally, I noticed they overcharge significantly, pricing their items much higher than what is reasonable for the quality they deliver. This, combined with their poor customer treatment, makes for an overall terrible experience.I cannot recommend this Subway location to anyone. Save your time and money, and look for better alternatives elsewhere.

Th so called mgr at this location has no custvserv skills whatsoever....i as a svc disabled veteran whos goin trying times this just added to it....i filed a complaint with cust care/corporate to inform them of this incident.....its already bad that Mr. Jared betrayed us all a man who i looked up to at one time but how can the manager who wasnt there yesterday know my meatball marinara was lukecold....she was cutting me off like i guess she thought i was her husband or bf...no your location is going to plummet if that woman is in charge...smdh...ive never been so humiliated in my life at any Subway ..at this point i just want my money back never to return again...im seeing numerous com0laints bothers so i know its not just me.....the damn heifer needs another field to go graze and raise some hell elsewhere

Do NOT under any circumstances go to this store.If I can upload the video, I wouldI placed an order online and when I arrived, they said they didn’t have the order. I have proceeded to show them on my phone, the order and the order number, along with the details of the order I was then told that it hadn’t been charged and I need to order it again. I showed them from my banking app that it was charged and the woman was so incredibly rude and the younger girl started making the sandwiches. I was asked what cheeses and I said whatever it comes with the older manager who’s in the picture came back and said you didn’t have mozzarella and you lied and you’re stealing and you’re going to pay for it which I was in shock about I asked her name and then she told me it was none of my business and I needed to leave her store.I am not a contentious person, and I do not review negativelyThis woman should be fired and has no business in any type of service environmentI repeat, do not go to the store, drive another half a mile and go to another one.
