Went in yesterday evening for a late snack. My niece was ordering 6" sandwiches for three of us, but the lady behind the counter didn't wait for the full order, only two that happened to be the same. Got the final one ordered and when all was done - all were foot longs! The staff argued that was what we ordered, cut both of them in half and then threw the other half of mine against the wall! My niece was extremely agitated and annoyed by her attitude, especially when my niece had done nothing wrong. When we got back to our apartment the sandwiches were just covered in mayonnaise, barely any filling and just felt soggy. By far, this is the worst service I have ever received...in any store/restaurant. That was my last time in a Subway.

Very bad experience in this place, One man is screaming at me and my family.But the only nice person that we Met is One guy thats served us the food. We had a bad experience in this place, they yelled at me and my family because they had to close and they wanted to leave, the person who served us the food was very kind, how sad to go with your family and be treated badly in a place when you go like a tourist

Would I recommend this location no, ordered a sandwich for pick up. They gave me the wrong bread so I called and she said they don't have any of what I ordered and laughed a bit. But they never tried to call me and ask what bread I would want instead. Very disappointing. Sandwiches were okay made.

This Subway sucks! I work down town and I only have a 30 minute break and I have walked to this subway more than once during their hours of operation to find the doors locked, lights are one, open sign on but no one there to give you service. And there isn't a lot of places to choose from in walking distance. So your choices are limited anyways. But their service of not being open for business when it's supposed to be. This is a Wednesday night it at 7:00PM their sign even said open Monday through Friday til 9 PM. But yet it wasn't. It's very frustrating because this hasn't been the only time this has happened at this Subway. If they can't service this area they should be shut down! And get some one in that spot that can!!!
