Food is good and place is clean but the bathroom have been broken for over a month which is kinda weird that they wouldn't want to fix it.

we called ahead. the manager was on location. my wife entered and the manager knew and said dressing on the side ma'm?? yep. this guy is good but has his hands tied with pride less help. buy 1 get 1 was fabulousyou enter a food chain such as subway and the preparation sandwich rep should express & show a welcoming attitude. the staff needs a facelift & attitude adjustment.

I've been obsessed with eating Subway in the last few weeks and this location is beyond clean and always has great customer service. The crew at this location are friendly and very patient. Best part of it all is Mrs. Vicky's jalapeno Dill Pickles chips, they are soooo good.

Asked for a salad, at the end of the process she told me they no longer chop veggies and they are called protein bowls. That in the picture is thirteen dollars. Generally I like the food but the service is garbage. Worst part of all this I get fuel down the street off 3009 and that subway chops the veggies. Man the staff here are always so slow, and generally just out of it, how does it take 30 minutes per person for a sandwich?Also you have a line in front of your counter and BOTH people are working on a mobile order while the in person patrons are just ignored? No "be right with you" no acknowledging we're standing there whatsoever. Like divide and conquer people! It's brutal to watch it take 5 minutes for them to put 4 slices of salami on a sub!Don't waste your lunch break here, you'll either die of old age or walk out hungry, because either way your not getting a sandwich.

When you stand there for 10mins while they make 3 sandwich for people not even in the store. I get online orders, but why make me wait that long, I'm there ready. The 3 sandwich sitting there after I leave still. And on top of that they do not listen. Poor

Man. This place needs to hire better staff. I wouldn't know the gentleman's name because he didn't have a name tag on, but white why with long hair, man bun with earrings. I was literally here for a solid hour between ordering food and eating it. Every time a customer would walk in he would literally nod his head, he moved slower than a turtle, wouldn't swap his gloves after using the computer, no manners, bad experience overall. At least 5 customers walked out. Your cameras will vouch for me. 4:15pm - 5:15pm. He clearly does not want to work.

The website says you close at 10pm , I went there at 9:40 one of the works said, we closed then you should update it and don’t make people drive to and after that you said we closed
