Carmen needs a lesson in customer service. I go there all the time, but will not go there again if I see her working. I have never had an issue with any of the other employees. She was unnecessarily rude. Corporate was contacted. Now to see if they even respond.

*Buyer beware*I ordered online and was supposed to pick up 2 hours later. Well, a family emergency happened and I wasn't going to be able to pick up my order so I called the store to ask if they could cancel (there was no way to do it online) and the lady said "no because it hasn't came through yet. And, I'll have to contact the store owner and they'll have to do it, it's a whole process" so I never got my food, nor a refund. I hit up subways contact form online and never heard back, even hit them up on X and never heard anything back. So they got to keep my food and money and I got nothing but jipped. Buyer beware.

Went to Thousand Oaks location on 5/8/24 & only one girl who was super slow. I paid for my groceries then went to make line at 8:31pm. There was 4 people in front of me so not a huge line. However, I didn’t get my sandwich until 9:15. Unacceptable, girl making food is way too slow.

Ladie Neubian

Super slow location (employees and food preparation for their day). Most of the employees do not know what they are doing. Food quality is better at this location than other locations in the area. I will only buy food if Alyshia, Jard or the tall caucasian fellow are working. Other employees are not as santiary.

Good food and the order is excellent service. I feel bad for short staff at sonic and I'd wish the employees the luck of finding anyone to hire. Keep up the good work and the best of luck of making customers happy as well. God

I ordered a 12” foot long cold cut and I ordered that they put tuna and they would charge me the extra and yes they did…but when I paid they didn't charge extra charges they charged me for 2 sandwiches 23.35 I don't think it's fair because for 23 dollars I would have sat down to eat a good plate of food in a restaurant

Got my sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong today around 2:20PM.Service was fine and Sub sandwich was made fine from only one of your employees.Although it had nothing to do with me.what I did not like was the fact that the other employe on shift was rude and talked down to a fellow employee treating her like she didn’t know what she was doing while she was trying to help a customer and also called her a “****** in front of myself and the other customer.Clearly the lady was embarrassed and her feelings were hurt, especially on her birthday of all days.

One of the slowest people ever, there was 3 people infront of me and they took 20 minutes for them to finally go with me and they took even longer with me because I was the last one. Felt really frustrated even a person left because they were taking to long

I give it one star only because this one employee Anthony I believe his name is, I ordered a foot Long sub he grabs the packaged meat (cold cut) then turns it upside down directly on the counter. I told him please don't do THAT I don't know what's been on there he then wraps it back up for the next customer. Contamination!!!

Very neat and quiet.employees worked together. did not honor coupons and over charged from set prices. Store should not have promotions if they will not honor that.
