for the love of God, train your employees in how to do add-ons and instruct them to not show attitute when customers ask for them. the new manager, Himena, is also untrained, like the other ones, or unwilling to do her job, or a lier claiming that the owner doesn't let her to give add-ons.

I walked into this location behind a Subway worker pushing a trash can. She pushed the trash can to the back and immediately came to the front. She proceeded to put on a pair of gloves and asked me what I wanted. I asked her if she could please wash her hands. She took off her gloves and set them on The Cutting Board to wash her hands then came back and put the same gloves on! Since I am not a confrontational person I paid for my sandwich but then I dropped it right in the trash

My stomach is full of just mayo rn. She put like 8 lines of mayo and handed me one napkin to wipe it all off. No one wants that much mayo except for, well you 😂 Horrible experience, worst sandwich I've ever had, just go to wetmore where they have capable employees ☺️

Feb 4 2025, walked in to this SUBWAY. There was one guy sleeping 😴 in a chair and another behind the counter. Worse customer service ever! The guy that made the sandwich was so rude and wouldn't speak up. The sandwich it self was HORRIBLE, outrageous price for a footlong $11.00 plus tax. So I called back to ask the name of the person who was rude and to ask why was the other sleeping. The all American Club sandwich was the worse, cold, nothing but mayo and nothing like the picture. When I called to see if they had soup, the guy on the phone said yes chicken soup. Well they didn't have any when we got there. We live down Jones Maltsberger about 5 mins from there. So he blatantly lied to us. I asked about the guy who was behind the counter and he wouldn't tell me his name, so I asked for his and he said his name was JORDAN, he probably wasn't truthful about that either. I asked for a manager and said she would call me tomorrow. And he wasn't sure when she'd be if or when she'd be in. WORSE SANWICH AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE, PLEASE JUST BUY BREAD AND WHATEVER MEAT YOU'D LIKE AND MAKE IT AT HOME! You'll be saving yourself alot of money and attitude and. I'm so sorry i do hope the manager calls me. We finally just decided to throw away the sandwich, it was cold, looked nasty and not worth the money.... please stay way, you may get sick from the food and the bad, bad customer service!

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. When we got there, there was nobody in line. 2 people walk in after us, and both the subway workers started helping them instead of us?? Suddenly we’re second in line, they’re going incredibly slow, and then the cherry on top is they tried to give my sandwich to the people that they decided to help before us. And when we told them they gave them the wrong sandwich, the lady was really defensive until she realized she was wrong and she did in fact give them my sandwich. No apology though

Carmen needs a lesson in customer service. I go there all the time, but will not go there again if I see her working. I have never had an issue with any of the other employees. She was unnecessarily rude. Corporate was contacted. Now to see if they even respond.

*Buyer beware*I ordered online and was supposed to pick up 2 hours later. Well, a family emergency happened and I wasn't going to be able to pick up my order so I called the store to ask if they could cancel (there was no way to do it online) and the lady said "no because it hasn't came through yet. And, I'll have to contact the store owner and they'll have to do it, it's a whole process" so I never got my food, nor a refund. I hit up subways contact form online and never heard back, even hit them up on X and never heard anything back. So they got to keep my food and money and I got nothing but jipped. Buyer beware.

Went to Thousand Oaks location on 5/8/24 & only one girl who was super slow. I paid for my groceries then went to make line at 8:31pm. There was 4 people in front of me so not a huge line. However, I didn’t get my sandwich until 9:15. Unacceptable, girl making food is way too slow.
