Went here today. I'm usual good at catching people's name who service me well and go above and beyond. So I'm very sad to say and I didn't get her name but this gal she was awesome man. She made my daughter's sandwich to perfection! đ€€ She catered to my needs and giggle and laugh with me and listen to my story and multi-task that sandwich all at the same time yo! đ She knew the right amount of condiments and dressing just to put on my daughter's sandwich. So we get to the register. And I of course ask if they have military discount. Cuz I never remember if they do or don't. And you never know if their policy has changed since I have last been which has been months because we have been struggling. So I ask and she say no and apologizes. I said no worries doesn't hurt to ask. And they she ask would you like to make that a meal? I ask Again how much. She tells me. And I'm like oooo Ouch idk if I'll have enough. What's my damage so far. She says $9.52. and I was like um đ yeah will just stick with the sandwich. So we get to the tip screen. And I was like um. I know this sounds odd. And I don't want to offend but I want to give you a $0.48 tip. For a job outstandingly well done. I wish I could give you more because you deserve so much more but to be honest we have to stretch this meal out and we about to be homeless on the 30th. But I wanted to show you my appreciation. So please know this comes with kindness and love and not the opposite. So please if you want great service look for the young lady with long black hair pull back of course in a cap. Maybe Latina like myself. She was very awesome. Thank you so much for making my day a brighter day for the day. At least today is today even tomorrow is still tomorrow. God bless you. Jess w.

The lady that checked me out was rude and through changing my hand with an attitude and then through my family from the counter in a aggravated way. I think she was aggravated because I was confused a little irritated because of your sign and nowhere that says I can't customize my sandwich

Make long story short, I donât know who is in charge of that location, but incident happened where DoorDash cancelled my order, I contacted them to get refund only to be transferred to this subway location since I ordered through them, only to be told thereâs no manager on duty to issue me a refund and for me to call back in the morning, and by the time of the workers, didnât seem to care nor have any sort of proper customer service skills, before hanging up I asked for one of the associates name only for them to quickly hang up as they sounded like as if they wanted me to hurry up in the conversation.

Low rates because the store hardly had anything I got some water. Nobody was interested in trying to help us nobody would even make eyes contact to us when we were trying to ask questions. It was weird experience. It probably was because I wasnât a local person I came to San Antonio because of my son graduation.

We watched One of the employees wash his hands pick up some bread from floor take it to the back entrance of kitchen area,while the other employee was making subs, take a bite out of the bread and proceed back up to the front to apply gloves and start making OUR sandwiches. So we waited till other guests were out before we bought it to the employee attention that I wanted a refund! I explained what my sister and I watched. The employee says no I washed my hands!! I said yes u did before u picked up that bread and took a bite out of it!! Where did u wash your hands after you picked up the bread off floor and then bite it?? The other employee says she couldnât give a refund bc I did an online order! So I asked then can u remake our sandwiches bc I am not eating or taking what he made! She was helpful but Then we get home sandwiches was not made the way I ordered hahahaha. I work in the food industry I see a lot, this is why I am very picky about where I spend my money. Will not be returning.

The young gentleman who attended me was extremely unprofessional I could not hear him. He talked very softly. this is an issue for me because I am 50% deaf. he was also extremely slow. it does not take a genius to make three sandwiches. Very upset.

Tea was out, water not working, asked for tea, told... You'll be waiting! Only unsweet drink is diet coke? Freaking ridiculous! Been waiting 10 minutes, no tea and clearly no refund! Only after watching this server waive us off due to an online order? Then, when they cancelled it, she was quite unprofessional... Really, cancelled the whole freaking order? Stomped off, dic not ask if she could help us? Oh, did I say I am still waiting for the unsweet tea?
