While the male employee who assisted me was pleasant and helpful, the behavior of two other staff members was highly disappointing.Upon arrival, I noticed two female employees, one wearing bling glasses and the other with braids and glasses, smoking directly in front of the restaurant entrance. Not only was this a violation of basic etiquette, but it also created an uncomfortable environment as the smoke wafted towards the entrance, affecting both customers and employees inside.As someone who managed a Subway in my younger years, I understand the importance of maintaining a professional atmosphere for both employees and customers. Smoking right in front of the establishment's entrance is not only disrespectful but also a health hazard, particularly for those with sensitivities or medical conditions.While I appreciate the efforts of the male employee who provided excellent service, I urge [Name of the establishment] to address this issue promptly to ensure that such behavior does not recur. As a former subway manager myself, I know the importance of upholding high standards of professionalism, and I hope to see improvements in this regard in the future.Overall, my experience at subway was marred by this incident, but I remain hopeful that necessary steps will be taken to rectify the situation and ensure a more pleasant environment for all patrons.

I don’t recommend ever go subway after 5pm cause they never have anything refill or won’t make anymore food til still have restaurant open. I get yelled at by people that work there “CASH ONLY!” I left download the app instead and took at least 25 minute to make three subs went inside to grab bag went home after long day went in to eat it I was disgusted what I got….it’s supposed to be (Sweet Onion Teriyaki rotisserie chicken) and (Grilled Chicken and Bacon Sub)

Terrible. Sign said open till 11:00 we walked in at 10:10 and the employees behind the counter had horrible attitudes at us- I'm assuming this was because they had everything already put up for the night. The bread was hard and when my husband asked for a meatball sub he was told it was cold and had to wait for 10 min., which he did. However, the meatballs came out without any sauce on them and he was told no when he asked for them to add some more sauce. If your going to advertise till 11:00 train the employees to work till 11:00

Charged us 8.00 for three empty cups and the food SUCKED. The subs weren't even made the way we asked for. This is what happens when you hire stupid kids to run your business.

Just ordered from here via online through doordash and one they don't seal up my sandwich properly just left it loose without sealing my sandwich, second they didn't seal the bag at all just left open and loose and third they forgot my chips... although I'll give you credit where credit is due; you did cut my sandwich in half, you didn't forget my coke nor my cookies so for that 2 stars. I currently work at Subway part time another location and this location seems not to care at all.
