We placed a catering order for the business I work at and this subway went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even after our catering pickup order, we still needed to put in an order for more sandwiches and the manager Desi was so helpful in making sure we were able to get them. Thank you to Desi and her team on helping us.

So we ordered thru the subway app I got a chicken bacon ranch sub and it came with pinch of lettuce 5 pickles and 3 tomato’s for a foot long with barely any meat on it at all and asked for extra pickles even put a note. Please retrain or actually care about the food sending it out.

I don’t know if this is normal, but they were refusing customer service to almost everyone. They had a sign outside that said “no longer taking orders” because they needed to catch up with work. There was three people, but cannot handle a rush. Also the sandwiches were made disorganized.

denied customer service because they were “busy” were out of pickles and cucumbers and were lowkey sassy about it, I asked for wheat bread and they claimed they were out but the customer behind me literally got wheat bread??? Idk they were very mad and salty for no reason!!.

I just picked up my order and noticed my sub was cold after I specifically asked to have it toasted. I arrived minutes before It was supposed to be ready for pick up & waited for a good 15 mins just to have my food rushed and not the way I asked. I'm always on the go and don't have time to toss this In the microwave, so sadly I had to find some way to heat it up.🙄

Absolutely disgusting the lady who made my sandwich coughed ugly pushed down the trash and didn’t change her gloves once. I watched as she dug her unchanged gloved fingers in my sandwich

The female worker that was there today made the people in line in front of my husband’s order than after ringing them up rudely told my husband they were closed and that she would not be making his sandwich. It was only 7:20 PM.

My son in law stopped in to get himself a sandwich today at 19:20. The female worker that was there made the person ahead of him in lines order than after ringing them up rudely told my husband they were closed and that she would not be making his sandwich.

There’s a new employee who is rude and sloppy. His customer service sucks and his sandwich skills are worse. Get him off the line.

I always come and buy in this place and there is a dark-haired lady who doesn't speak Spanish but she serves me very well. But today I passed by and there was a guy who seems to serve reluctantly, he doesn't have the slightest kindness when he wants to speak and understands Spanish, I think that kindness is very essential in a business

This rating is only for the churros. I ordered sandwiches which were fine and the services were normal with no issues at all. The experiences I had for the first time going there was great but eating the churros from there was the only disappointing part because it was chewy and hard. I did notice it was prepared in the toaster oven verses a deep fryer which led to this outcome but I understand that it's subway. Subway does not carry deep fryers in their kitchen so thats their only cooking method they used for the churros. It's $2 per churro and considering the cooking method being use, it's still not worth the bad experience you paid for. I do not recommend anyone getting churros from any subways unless you are in the mood for more chewy and hard churros or perhaps a healthier version of churros that is not deep fried.

I saw an employee by the name Of Chelsea, not wearing gloves, touching the food. She wiped her hands on her pants. Went to the back and came back then touched her nose. When I asked the gentleman if they were required to wear gloves, he said yes. Chelsea responded. I washed my hands before. So unprofessional and disgusting.
