DON'T ORDER A SANDWICH FOR PICKUP. THEY NEVER DO IT RIGHT, AND I BELIEVE THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE. I'M SO SICK OF THEM. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FOR PICK UP. IT'S ALL WRONG, DRY AS HELL, SLOPPY AND THROWN TOGETHER.THEY MUST DO BETTER. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY SMH.

Online order was made incorrectly requested a refund employee didnt know how to do this no manager was on duty very unprofessional with no info given to contact customer support with my concern
Update made a case with subway customer care and case was closed without contacting me they sent an email asking for more information then immediately sent another email saying case was resolved and closed

This is twice now the Italian bread is hard as a rock. Thought the first time was just a one off. But nope. Get home and you cant even bite through it. Unacceptable to serve this. $20 for both sandwiches and I cant even get fresh bread? Won't be getting Subway here again.

Terrence and Damanon were super sweet , patient, and professional!! I’m not used to being out in public and was feeling anxious. He calmed me down and was very patient with this grandma and her granddaughter. Great 😊 team ! Great food sandwich and pizza was delicious !!

Impressive when you have an hour to eat, and you trust Subway two people at the bar, one washing and ordering at the time where there are more customers and the other serving very badly organized

Excellent service and food, I went when there was a long line and the way the employees took care of the line, I was only waiting for about 5 mins before I was able to get helped. Very friendly and attentive service and excellent food. I will be returning!

Can you take down the pretzels are back sign. Because they are not. I have gone both day and night and they don't have any. So I'm not going to waste my time or money here. Just tired.

We placed a catering order for the business I work at and this subway went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even after our catering pickup order, we still needed to put in an order for more sandwiches and the manager Desi was so helpful in making sure we were able to get them. Thank you to Desi and her team on helping us.

So we ordered thru the subway app I got a chicken bacon ranch sub and it came with pinch of lettuce 5 pickles and 3 tomato’s for a foot long with barely any meat on it at all and asked for extra pickles even put a note. Please retrain or actually care about the food sending it out.

I don’t know if this is normal, but they were refusing customer service to almost everyone. They had a sign outside that said “no longer taking orders” because they needed to catch up with work. There was three people, but cannot handle a rush. Also the sandwiches were made disorganized.

denied customer service because they were “busy” were out of pickles and cucumbers and were lowkey sassy about it, I asked for wheat bread and they claimed they were out but the customer behind me literally got wheat bread??? Idk they were very mad and salty for no reason!!.
