I have been here now twice. Won’t be trying my luck a third time. First time I asked for extra on my order, picked up my sandwich and realized they barely packed anything into it. Paid extra for supposedly extras, that weren’t there.

Craving Subway once again tonight and asked my roommate to bring me something while I worked, got a brick of s sandwich. The bread itself being so hard that if I had thrown it at someone, I would’ve caught an attempted battery charge.

Will be going to another Subway with better quality food and one that doesn’t skimp on portions!.

i didn’t catch his name but the time was 4pm and there was a guy worker here who was extremely personable and friendly he chatted with me about my order and overall felt welcoming and kinda, i’ll definitely be coming back

I accidentally made a purchase online to this location. I'm in a totally different state. Not sure how it happened. But I called and they were really nice about the mix up. I feel terrible. Not sure if order was made or not. But just want to thank them for being nice about it.

Horrific customer service all employees just leave you standing there looking stupid after telling employees numerous times your picking up an order that I can visibly see ready on the counter behind them and make you wait purposely additional time that is not needed, as a business owner because of there purposeful unprofessional work ethic lost alot of business because of their unwillingness to simply pick up a damn bag behind the counter that was already ready all of these people should be fired visited on 6/25/2024 at noon

Made an online order literally hard to mess up but somehow they still managed to mess up and make the sandwiches wrong and mix them up like really all your doing is looking at a order form with what’s on the dang sandwiches!!!!! Will definitely not be coming here again! Then they forgot half my order so had to drive all the way there after paying for delivery just for them to mess it up again!

Hope is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She had a conversation with the manager about cigarettes when she began my first sandwich.It took nearly 20 minutes to make lass than 2 sandwiches. The manager seems to let the employees run the show. Needless to say I left without any food. There is a Subway about 2iles down Perrin Beitel that is 5 stars...

Ordered through the app and they sent my order to this store. Worst experience I’ve ever had with subway!!! The manager was trash just like the employees and food! Made both my sandwiches wrong and they both basically refused to make it right! Save your money and sanity and go to Jimmy Johns!at the very least go inside and make sure they make it right because these people openly suck!!!! Never buying subway again!!!!

5 stars for atmosphere is too low…they deserve ten. The friendly banter, warm smiles, and jovial attitudes (even past closing) make for an even tastier sandwich. These people truly go above and beyond
