I just stop but here to grab a bite to eat. I literally stood in front of the counter for about 15 minutes while the young man preparing bread who’s working never once looked up at me never once even acknowledged that I existed. Nor did he take the time to say hey sir, give me one second I’ll help you. No, he continued to pray on the warmer and put cheese on top of it, ignoring my existence. Again, never looking up at me as if I didn’t exist. I think that people tend to forget that when you stop at places like this or any place your spending your money. That is how they get their paycheck. But I appreciate him ignoring me because it saved me the cost of having to buy Subway for my significant other in two years but it cost you guys a customer. I’d rather take my money to someplace where they’d appreciate me spending it there.

They've started to skimp on the vegetable. I used to get four or Five tomatoe slices for a foot long. Now they split two and charge the same as four. That's the same for the other vegetables.

I end up here fairly frequently and service is generally ok-a little slow. I don’t expect much but there’s times I’ll be waiting there for 5 minutes without seeing anyone.

They don't know how to make bread. Ordered a breakfast footlong
And all the eggs and meat were falling out because of how small the bread was. Lady didn't even cut it either

Don't ever go to this subway they are the worst they don't pay attention and you never get your full order. Then when you call the store nobody ever picks up
Horrible service never got my refund of $30 back I tried getting ahold of the restaurant they said call back later once I brought up I didn’t get my refund and it’s been more than 3-5 business days horrible experience I don’t recommend this subway to anyone ??♂️

The young Latina lady who seamed very nice told me she could not sell me any bread. She said it was still cooling down. I asked when she took it out of the oven She said over a hour ago. She lied twice about her reasons for not being able to sell it to me. Lazy worker most likely saving the bread for the morningNovember 2nd 2023 7:20pm

Never on time
After watching the guy on duty make the sandwiches and cash out three people in front of me without ever changing his gloves I walked out. I knew San Antonio was nasty. Apparently so are the people that work in it.

This worker Wanda is very lazy and unprofessional I was going to order 4 Subs ask if they could rinse out my coffee cup as she was leaning on the counter doing nothing. She said after these customers there was only one guy ordering and the other person was helping him already she was literally just leaning her nasty sleeves on the cutting boards.
Wanda was so rude needs better training on costumer service made me feel wrong for what and how I wanted my sandwich FYI no correct order to how things are put in to my sandwich and just cuz I asked for salt and pepper and oregano doesn't mean I wanted the whole shaker on my sandwich made it inedible this place needs to work on customer service
