The very cute alternative guy w pink hair is so sweet and friendly. Made fresh cookies, my sister who was having a hard week really wanted cookies and i drove all the way there bc i placed order at wrong location & was afraid they would have none! Best service ever. Pls give him a raise!!! Like a good raise. Not a 26c one. Im talking extra $1!

One of your employees shorty heavy set was very rude to customers & other employee he was not paying attention to our order we asked for a 6 inch n foot Lind. He made 2-6inch n footling threw the other away. Asked what bread said they were out ask what bread is available gave attitude ask for toasted bread wasnât toasted asked for American cheese on one pepperjack on the other got American on both asked for heavy mayo on one sandwich got light as the other one lack of bread n veggies said dining room and as closed at 10pm it was 9:45pm open sign turned off at 10pm. We saw them turn away atleast 5 customers while we were sitting in our vehicle eating our sandwiches.

Only two people that were together were in the store when I drove up. When I walked up behind them they hadn't been helped yet. Stood there for at least 15 minutes before they got to me and I finally left the store after 25 minutes. Mind you I didn't eat there. It took 25 minutes for them to make a cold sandwich. Two employees were there. There's usually a tattooed guy there and he don't mess around. Always nice and works fast, but everyone else just walks around like they're all managers or something. I won't be going back because I just don't have the time for it.

The food was great. I really like how you can tell them how you want it prepared and they do it for you just the way you want it. However. I got overcharged, went back and showed them the mistake. They said there was nothing they could do about it.
