Best service ever! Give this girl a raise! She was able to multitask and complete my order, the drive thru, and several other customers at the same time with great service. I didn't see a name tag, so I asked for her name. Her name was very unique, Abcity. Great work! I recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and quality.
I gave the rating a 5 star, not because of Subway itself, but the employee working when we went. We went on a Friday evening and they had a girl working by herself and with the amount of sandwiches she had to make and dealing with online orders and the register by herself. She stayed calm and in control even though so many customers left. Not sure why they would have a solo shift on a Friday. Not safe for the employee, nor acceptable for the amount of customers. That girl deserves...
Our sandwiches were amazing, and our "Sandwich Artist" was even more amazing! She was working the lunch shift, solo, and despite the long line (due to COVID-19), she was courteous and kind to every customer. Most people would have been frustrated because of the difficulty of communicating through masks and plexiglass, but if she was, she didn't show it. She even waved to me and my son as we were leaving. ?
