Always a long wait, usually out of at least 1 ingredient when I go and they don't stock parmesian cheese

Im getting over a stomach bug where i couldn’t eat solids for 3 days and wanted a semi-healthy and light meal for my first real lunch since feeling better. I placed my order on the app, at 12:35pm and walked in at 12:55pm which gives them a good 20 mins to make the ONE sandwich i ordered. I walk into a quiet restaurant with 1 guest sitting down and the employee sitting in the backroom but no order ready for pick up. She grabs the ticket with my order and offers a weak playful sorry and says she’ll have it done in 3 minutes. In the 3 minutes that I will never get back she managed to burn the bread and put the dressings on the sandwich which i asked to be on the side. Not having any time to get it redone correctly i went back to work and forced myself to eat as much of the burned, unenjoyable, dry, hard sandwich as i could before i gave up. Definitely NOT a good experience.

Jasmine is one of the best managers that this store has had. One can see her people skills when she is preparing subs. Her attitude to customers is reflected with more customers eating in the store.

Its Subway, but the young lady working as the sandwich artist didn't seem very inclined to receive orders or care to show any sign of customer service. Ok food, but awful attitude.

Very disappointing experience, the sign stating this restaurant does not receive coupons or rewards should not be hidden at the register when is too late and now you gotta spend $15 more than you anticipated, to some this is not much, to a single mom this means a whole other meal. The attention and way this was communicated made me feel like I was a third class citizen only because I was trying to save a bit of money. And the saddest part was the subs didn’t taste that good at the end!! Probably will look for a better subway to visit. Since this one was far from being even decent. My daughter couldn’t even use the restroom!!

Employees stated that the owner doesn't want to accept Subway coupons and they were very rude about it there are several other locations that are closer to me and I will be going there from now on
