First off let me start by saying we have had some bad experiences so stayed away from all subways until now. Richard was very patient and kind . His customer service was above and beyond. My kids had no idea what they wanted and he kept shooting out ideas and they were excited. My kids were so happy saying they met a new friend. Will definitely be coming back to this one. Thank you Richard for being amazing.

My husband and I came in today around 3:15. There was a younger employee with long hair who appeared to be training an older gentleman. I didn’t catch their names but they were very patient with us looking at the menu and our sandwiches came out perfect. Thanks for the great experience 😊
They do have a speaker in the store that gives off static non-stop, that should be fixed. I’m sure it drives your employees nuts hearing static all day long. It was driving us...
