I ordered a FOOT LONG Veggie Sandwich at this Subway Restaurant on December 3, 2024:
VERY POOR SERVICE!
I ALWAYS order a FOOT LONG Veggie Sandwich whenever I go to a Subway Restaurant.
I ALWAYS get 3 condiments of Sweet Onion Sauce as a side order to go. The sauce makes my sandwich soggy by the time I get home.
I have NEVER had any problems from any Subway Restaurant giving me 3 condiments of Sweet Onion Sauce to go.
This Subway Restaurant had an EXTREMELY BAD and HATEFUL attitude when I requested 3 condiments of Sweet Onion Sauce to go.
The person in charge of this Subway Restaurant would NOT even give me 2 condiments of Sweet Onion Sauce.
I LITERALLY HAD TO BEG him to give me 2 condiments of Sweet Onion Sauce.
AFTER LITERALLY BEGGING FOR ABOUT 5 minutes, he decided to give me 2 condiments of Sweet Onion Sauce.
The condiment containers are VERY small.
As I mentioned, I ordered a FOOT LONG Veggie Sandwich.
I did NOT have enough sauce for my sandwich!
I should have left the sandwich on the counter and walked away!
The ONLY reason why I did not leave the sandwich on the counter and walk away is because I did NOT want the sandwich to be wasted.
AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, I will NO longer accept and pay for food that is not made or cooked to my satisfaction.
I SHOULDN'T have to BEG for my food to be made or cooked to my satisfaction!

Our food got stolen from an uber driver so I placed a pickup order and they were out of the drink I ordered. Personality sucked from the people who worked here & food was mediocre

I went in to get a chicken bacon ranch sub and the clerk was so rude. Had the nerve to tell me he would charge me an extra $2 because I wanted grilled chicken in lou of rotisserie chicken. He stated the grilled chicken can't be substituted on a chicken sandwich. I was like what. I just declined and drove to the subway at the mall up the street. They politely made my sub with no extra lip or cost.

Walked in, waited until she finished sweeping, came straight to the counter without washing her hands and asked what I wanted, I said never mind!
open sign on and said open till 10 but showed up at 9 and there closed and the worker laughed

I had the tuna six long sub and it was good; however the lettuce was very brown, guacamole had dark brown areas and spinach looked soggy. Not fresh at all. I was rather surprised as this location normally has good freshness products and it was only 12:30 pm (busy). So ....I am not sure why the quality was extremely bad.

The manager is RUDE!!!!I ordered a sandwich on the app, picked it up and when I went to eat it, the bread was hard(not toast hard-old bread hard), I normally would just pick off the hard pieces, but there would be nothing left. I took it on, told him to feel it to see how hard it was and he began squeezing it all over and saying,"it's not hard". I asked him to just give it back and I left. He indirectly called me a liar and then smashed my sandwich until it was nothing but broken hard slip. I tossed it in the trash and will never go back to this location. What a rude manager! I am guessing Subway doesn't care who they promote anymore.
