Ordered the American club and told them twice I wanted no onions due to the fact my gf is allergic. I got back home checked the sandwich just to make sure and sure enough there’s large chunks of onion all through the sandwich. My first time going through the drive through and my last. Those sandwiches are too expensive to have errors like that won’t be coming back.

Subway has to be the worst sandwich shop in town now. They have not been able to keep up with the other sandwich shops, and their service has gone into the crapper. Every single time I order from a subway now, and it’s usually this one on West Avenue, they get the order wrong. And they will argue with you if you tell them it is wrong. Unfortunately on a few occasions I’ve gotten all the way home before I realize they totally got the order wrong. It’s not worth going back at that point. Tell you the truth it’s just not worth ordering from Subway anymore. Jersey Mike’s, Lennys, firehouse, all 1,000,000% better than subway. And since Subway has increased the prices, they cost about the same as the other places, so I just refused to give subway one penny more from here on out. It’s a shame, I used to love subway, but they have gone the same way as so many other restaurants, with the ability to stand out these days, they blend in with all the crappy places to eat

Service was decent enough but those new footlong roll ups were so sad. I tried all 3 and there was barely any chicken (one small scoop for whole length of 12 inch flatbread), there was so much extra flatbread it was ridiculous. They had an opportunity to make something great and blew it. More fillings less bread! Wont be going back, gonna just make my own.

I like going to this one because if I have my children in the car the drive-thru is extremely convenient. However I will say the last four times I have gone in the last month or so, I have waited at the drive-thru for upwards of five to six minutes without even an acknowledgment. I understand being understaffed or backlogged with orders or both, but an acknowledgement within a minute or three - even if it's to say: "I'll be right with you" - Is just common courtesy and basic service industry so as to not lose out on sales.

BEST SUBWAY EVER!!!!!THIS PLACE HAD AWESOME EMPLOYEES, THEY MADE GREAT FOOD, AND IT WAS CLEAN AS WELL. ADDITIONALLY THE VEGGIE AREA WAS CLEAN AND THE FOOD WAS WELL STOCKED AND DEFINITELY FRESHLY CUT. MY SANDWICH WAS PERFECT AND SO WAS MY HUSBAND'S. I WILL DEFINITELY GET MY SUBWAY SANDWICHES FROM THAT LOCATION FROM NOW ON. ITS BEEN LESS THAN A WEEK SINCE WE FIRST ATE THERE AND MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN BACK TWICE ALREADY, AND HE IS HARD TO IMPRESS. LOVE THIS SUBWAY HANDS DOWN!!!!!!
