Always order on the app at this location and ask for the sandwhiches to be toasted on the special instructions. The employees never read the receipt and claim it doesn’t say till they have to redo my sandwich because they didn’t read the receipt. Not sure when they’re gonna get it.. hopefully management sees this so they’re not wasting food.

Service was ok but it was hard to sit down and enjoy my meal with the way the manager was treating his employees he was very rude to them and very loud about it it made me uncomfortable and I feel it’s unprofessional

Came here to place an order and they refused my customers service and lied they couldn’t make they order when they could. They just didn’t want to. All I needed to do was place and order and pay with the favor card. If they couldn’t do it then the app wouldn’t have sent me there. To top it off they were sitting and chatting the entire time.

Brianna the new employee was on top of her game especially during the rush hour. When push came to shove the Management team handle last minute Inventory like Rick Ross. Very efficient assets to the Subway franchise. Careful I need Management teams like that.

They need to pay their employees more and stop making them do manager things at 10 dollars an hour. You lose great employees that way and you'll only have yourselves to blame.

I've worked for this location for almost a year, the first time I met the Manager Rudy I thought he was a great manager. But hearing what he's told me about other employees and what they tell me about him and what I've seen myself.. his ways of managing things were... not that good. He would talk bad about his other employees to me all the time. He would say I was his best employee but I didn't know that he would talk about me behind my back too.

The first time I met one of the Owners, she didn't tell me she was the owner, no one did. So, when making her sandwich she yelled at me saying I was making it wrong and that she'd tell Rudy. I was NOT okay with the way she spoke to me the first time, so I told Rudy straight up I will not work for someone who will not give me respect as I do for them. He understood that and I just brushed it off, they never did that again.

I figured out that the owners have been taking money from each and every check I got, and I never knew what for. Also Rudy made me do most of everything, his job, his work, for only $10 an hour... I did manger work for only $10 an hour. I was being used and they were stealing from me and making false promises. Not the worst I've been in but it was not good..
