Good communication skills and patience I took the 86 yr old lady I help and she doesn't see well or hear well and never seems to know what she wants but the man working on the day we went did a great job with making sure she got what she wanted with little help from me other then repeating some of what he was asking her, didn't get his name but did a fantastic job
