Sandwiches are deliciousVegetables are crunchy.They do it definitely the way you like it. I've been to a few subways since I've been living in. Texas, a lot of them stink, they didn't break the vegetables apart. When you ask them for more, then spread them across the sandwich, they're very cheap with it. This one was very good, whatever I asked for it was done. The place was very clean and the people were very nice.

Walk in and the young guy which I can tell may have just started working there.ordered a subway club which notice he wasn’t putting slices meat folded like they usually do it and ask me which cheese I wanted,he puts the sandwich on a tray to toast it and didn’t ask me,I said I didn’t want it toasted.he ask me which vegetables I wanted,I noticed the lettuce almost gone was brown,I ask if they have fresh lettuce and he responds no,we haven’t got our truck in today.I didn’t say anything,I just walked out,never again will come to this location 3953 Fredericksburg rd San Antonio Texas 78201.
By the way I called city of San Antonio metro health department

Ordered online, they couldn't or didnt even want to substitute my sandwich and one of their employees cussed me out for saying that the stores sucks for not wanting to give me my refund

This is unacceptable this location isnt busy it was one guy he said they screwed him over and he just walked out my dad spent 30 on a mobile order and theres issues with the refund dont come here waste of money and im just upset

Honestly I had issues with the system of the subway app and the people from the establishment really helped a lot and when I went through the door dash people they were some help but really weren't but when I called Subway they helped to the best of their efforts and I'm glad to see that they care for their customers, so the people on duty at this time are truly amazing people and actually did a lot more to help me than doordash itself.

This place has/ and is going to the dumps! Maybe, maybe it's because of poor management, why do I say that? This place should have been closed down by the health inspection a long time ago because who serves throughout spinach, or lettus?. It's not the employees fault, but management. I.dined in last week, the softdrink machine was or out of 3 particularly drink, I go in today and the same outcome! WTH the softdrink i wanted last time, and today was not available.....again resort to the last comment.... and again understaffed.. maybe the.mannager should be standing behind the counter and serving sandwiches, and following thru the.processes of having a decent eat-in facility.

Customer service is Awesome! Very nice. My daughter came here to get some lunch. You can tell,they care about how they present the food to the customer's. Very clean too . I highly recommend this " Subway" 😋 Delicious!

I have to say the people here must be dumber than a box of rocks. I have given them multiple chances and they still managed to forget stuff that's supposed to be on my sandwich I could be standing right in front of them and they still get it wrong after repeatedly telling them

Almost went to ER last night after food poisoning from this place never puked so much in my life place needs to be inspected

Messed up my order and refused to fix it because I didn't read their minds to bring it back. I called them the day of the order, and the day after, they didn't answer. I went to the store and said there is nothing they could do because I didn't have the food. I asked for the manager multiple times, and the lady told me that he would tell me the same thing, so there is no point.
