Food was fine, but good lord was the service HORRIBLE!
I felt like I was in the twilight zone.
While I’m at the register, the girl working was there on face time cussing and acting a FOOL. I’ve never been so shocked with someone’s behavior.

I will use another Subway from now on.

Crystal was so nice! She made 4 delicious sandwiches for my family and made them exactly how we wanted them. Thank you Crystal!

I originally approached a guy named Andrew he wasn't pleasant and as soon as I started telling him I had 4 sandwiches he kinda just tossed me to Crystal even though she had just made the previous customers sandwiches. While she was making my sandwiches he was outside smoking a cigarette. While Crystal was on my last sandwich he comes back in while another customer was waiting. He grabbed my last sandwich and started handling it aggressively. I asked him to please let her finish. I gave the rating I gave solely because of Crystal. Im happy she ended up taking care of us!

Great location and the employees are friendly. Their internet is always messed up though resulting in not being able to order on the app. We went by there today and they were only accepting cash because their machines were broken again... The store manager needs to get this store in order because the employees are doing their best and it doesn't seem like they have the support they need here.

When did subway stop selling coke products. Im sorry but i DO NOT LIKE PEPSI NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL. Didnt have anything thing else that id drink. The sprite knock off drink sucked . Why would you screw up something that was just fine the way it was? Shaking my head.

Shot out to Andrew who is clearly carrying the rest of the shift on his back. I had a pretty simple order and the other guy was struggling. Andrew jumped in and fixed it and made it exactly what I wanted. He’s focused and takes pride in what he is doing. The other guy… not so much.

This is legitimately the only Subway I'd go to in town. They never disappoint and always get the online orders correct. I went to the Thousand Oaks one recently and they completely messed up our order once, then stiffed us on a different order a few weeks later. Will be going to this location exclusively now.
