Employees don't even look like they're getting paid. They have the most horrible attitude and look like every second of their existence is pain and every customer is an inconvenience. Needs new staff ASAP. I've gotten 5 sandwiches from here in different weeks and every single time they're poorly wrapped and with ingredients that look far from fresh.

I bought a 6-inch tuna sub and my bread was crunchy and dried out on top and bottom!! There’s no excuse for this!! Even if it’s near the end of the day!Get your act in gear subway!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 soups and not only did they spill my soups but they were going to leave my soup spilled all into my bag and give them to me all messed up. So when I asked for 2 new ones cause of their mess up they gave me 2 soups one barely half way full and the other a quarter of the way full. Wth. I will be asking for a refund

Can get a little busy between classes but the workers keep up with demand. The sandwiches aren’t perfect because of the hustle but it still goes down as intended. Great workers.

I know there is a lot of traffic during the day through the food court at JPL on main campus, however, for what happened yesterday, there's no excuse. A worker just came in for his shift to take over for another, and I was his first customer. He asked what I wanted, and I told him steak and cheese. He proceeded to scoop the steak from the window, where there were tons of noodles in it. I don't even know how noodles got into the steak, but it did, and rather than him remove it, he tried to cover it up thinking I wouldn't notice. I was literally in a shock. I pulled out the noodles myself and ate the sandwich because I was starving, but that wasn't cool or professional dude. Do you really think that that was alright? I noticed many other boxes of veggies had mixed ingredients too. Keep your restaurant clean and organized! When we order something we shouldn't be getting mixtures in our food.
