Bought a meatball sandwich! It was undercooked or below temperature. I did not trust it and threw it away. Sandwich was also made wrong. Some subways now have a screen where you can't view the ingredients and how the staff is putting your sandwich together, which results in more mistakes. I wish they would remove the screens so you could again see your sandwich as the staff is preparing it. Lockhill Selma/ Castle hills.

Luisa and her team catered an office lunch for me! She took the time to take care of each individual order for group. I walked in with a list of what each person wanted to order and handed it to her and she took great care of me. Great customer service and great food. Have a large group order? Trust Luisa!

There’s no way letting people work by themselves during a lunch rush. It’s already enough to handle online orders while you have customers in line. Overworking your employees brings service down. This is a prefer location for a lot of businesses around.

Location stole my money and refused to make my food. Provided proof of payment and all info on order and manager sighed and said it wasn’t her problem. She told me to deal w it myself and call customer service. Called the number she provided and it was disconnected. Called back to inform her and she sighed and hung up. Luisa Chacon is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Even her manager refused to assist me. Lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced AND THEY STILL KEPT MY MONEY
