I had such a great experience at this Subway! Manager Luisa was so nice and friendly while taking my order; she had such a positive attitude and really made my day. She even threw in a little extra cheese (which I totally appreciated 😋). It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and treats customers with kindness, but Luisa definitely does!
The sandwich was fresh, the service was fast, and the overall vibe was just great. Huge shoutout to Luisa for making my visit such a good one// I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Horrible experience at this location. TOOK MY MONEY AND GOT NO FOOD. Ordered and paid for 2 sandwiches on the app last week and showed up at 6:30 in the evening and the store was closed. The app should not accept peoples orders if they are not open. The hours listed show they should have been open. Called the next day and spoke to the manager, no apology, said he would credit me and hung up the phone. Never got my money back and have been calling for a week. No one answers the phone. This franchise is giving Subway a bad name. I'm never going back. Do not waste your time on this location, you will be disappointed.

Bought a meatball sandwich! It was undercooked or below temperature. I did not trust it and threw it away. Sandwich was also made wrong. Some subways now have a screen where you can't view the ingredients and how the staff is putting your sandwich together, which results in more mistakes. I wish they would remove the screens so you could again see your sandwich as the staff is preparing it. Lockhill Selma/ Castle hills.
