After coming here 1-2 times weekly for the past year, I've had it. Can't order lunch with the meat I want on the bread (or in my case tortilla) I want. What?!?!? Rude staff blamed management and kept going on even though I tried to move on and choose something different. I finally got over boycotting Subway from the whole Jared fiasco, but won't be back again. I don't need stress and frustration during my lunch break.

On my first visit, the staff was not that happy to serve me. And not once at any Subway has anyone been very happy with me wanting to scan my app for the rewards program. My sandwich was great. The second time I came, I ordered the footlong pretzel. It was partially stale. Very disappointing.

Great experience here at Subway. Bread was freshly made, meats tasted good, just the right amount of veggies and condiments. I even gave the sandwich artist a tip for making the sandwich just the way I wanted. Great Subway! Will be back again!

Management should be ashamed at the lack of training & skills of the employees.Had a simple refund needed and it paralyzed the store. Not mention the extreme emotional breakdown of the employee. NEVER COMING BACK!

Came here last week and ordered food. The woman at the counter was nice enough initially. On the way out, I saw a giant dead roach. It was dead so I did my best to try and unsee it, but then had to go back in later to address it. I spoke w the young man working (he was the one cleaning when I came in initially). I let him know that I saw it, but it wasn’t there anymore, so presumably he cleaned it up. He apologized that I saw that and did own up to the fact that it was there. I asked for a refund bc I had only taken a few sips of my drink out of the whole meal. He said he wouldn’t be able to, but his coworker, the original woman I spoke w would be able to. When he explained the situation, she looked at me and responded as if it shouldn’t be a big deal bc apparently wood roaches come in when the door opens (as if this happens all the time). She did give some push back, but eventually and reluctantly gave the refund after inspecting if I ate any of the food. I texted the phone number they have posted for if you have issues that aren’t resolved, and never heard back. I get that this is TX and it’s hot as heck, but roaches in a food establishment are never acceptable..

Placed Order online ($20.95 *including $3 tip* charged to my credit card) and followed online tracker until order was ready. Showed up at restaurant 30 minutes before closing and store was locked with handwritten note that they closed at 8pm. Knocked and employee opened door and said he had cancelled my order and that he was only minimum wage and can’t help me and refused answer any more questions and closed door on my face. Extremely rude and staffing needs to be retrained or monitored much better. Attempting refund of my purchase for this order and this is extremely difficult dealing with Subway.

The slowest subway of all time. It would literally be faster to drive to the next nearest subway than order here, even if there's no line.

I came to get a quick lunch but they only had one employee on staff at lunch and it was an older very, very, slow lady. She seemed... let's just say less then enthusiastic to be there. While waiting in line I noticed her wearing the gloves she made sandwiches with for the customer ahead of me to ring him out as well. She handled his cash money and receipts then we back in line and started making the next customers sandwich with the same filthy gloves she just handled money with! Who knows how long she had been doing that with those same pair of gloves on before I got there. Every Subway I have been to, except this one the employees take their gives off before ringing someone out and/or in between making customers sandwiches. Needless to say I didn't stick around to get a dirty sandwich. I left and subsequently didn't get my lunch break.
