Place is dirty. Employee was on break, came to make my food and didn't wash hands then put on gloves. Went back to grab his drink from the table with the same gloves and proceeded to make the rest of the sub. If you are looking for a decent clean subway this one is not for you.

I come here frequently for lunch since it’s close a convenient. I’ve never had a problem with the food, yet the service is always hit or miss. The manager always seems irritated, rushing an order, or having a conversation with employees that should not be in-front of customers. Today she raised her voice when a lady tried picking up an online order, telling her that 14 other people have come in looking for that order and it wasn’t there. She then raised her voice at the gentleman working and told him to remove the order from their system so people would stop trying to come pick it up. The other customers and I just looked at each in shock.

Not usually one to give bad reviews but if a location decides to change it’s hours of operations (not a big deal) the correct thing to do is change your signs and update your hours on Google.
I showed up a few minutes last 9:30 PM tonight and the sign said “open,” the printed sign on the door says it’s open until 10 PM, Google says they close at 10 PM… but alas, location was already closed.
Save your time people, try a different sandwich place. Last time we got subs here anyways they weren’t even correct but decided to go back since no one place is perfect and I Subways didn’t always give me trouble at my old town 😔

Went today was helped by a lovely lady. She was informative, very helpful. I was starting a “diet” and she recommended a good healthy option for me. I’m most definitely will be returning. She had a customer walk in, I loved that I didn’t feel rushed out.

I will first start by saying when you first pull in it's in a hidden area that faces the west. The open sign on the front of the store is not on and if it is no one can see that it is on because of glare being cast on the building. The employees inside seem aware of this but don't seem to care. I would refer this to management or the people that are actually on the place to actually want to make some money but when people automatically view your store is closed anytime after 1:00 p.m. your business drops.I ended up ordering a Subway club for a total of 11.68My sandwich looks like it was just a cut-up hot dog bun and the meat that was put on there literally was almost looked like it was chewed up and thrown back on I will never ever ever go to this place and I would not recommend anybody else do the same you're better off to let this place fall off the map and something better will take it's place!And the fact that the employees don't try to make your day a little bit better. It's not the Texas thing to do!
