I will first start by saying when you first pull in it's in a hidden area that faces the west. The open sign on the front of the store is not on and if it is no one can see that it is on because of glare being cast on the building. The employees inside seem aware of this but don't seem to care. I would refer this to management or the people that are actually on the place to actually want to make some money but when people automatically view your store is closed anytime after 1:00 p.m. your business drops.I ended up ordering a Subway club for a total of 11.68My sandwich looks like it was just a cut-up hot dog bun and the meat that was put on there literally was almost looked like it was chewed up and thrown back on I will never ever ever go to this place and I would not recommend anybody else do the same you're better off to let this place fall off the map and something better will take it's place!And the fact that the employees don't try to make your day a little bit better. It's not the Texas thing to do!

Came at 8:15 online say close at 10 but the sign the have says close at 9 but doors was closed lady wanna do hand signs telling me they close seriously I’m a general manager at a fast food restaurant as well. That person would’ve been fired.

My husband and I had a great experience. We ordered our food while 4 or 5 women employees worked diligently on a huge order for what looked like a company meeting. It was a lot, but while they worked on the huge order, they treated their regular employees with kindness, courtesy, and a smile, which is rare nowaday. I highly commend these women not only watching them work together but also acknowledging each customer with a greeting. To me, that goes a long way. Our food was delicious, the atmosphere was awesome. I just want to thank them for their dedication to excellent service, all of the women there. ??

The past 4 times we have ordered I got the TurkeyCali or the MexiCali that comes with avocado on it. Each time the avocado has been forgotten. My husband has to go back each time and ask for it to be put on it. Once was accused that we scrapped it off. I’d understand if it was an add on but it’s an actual menu item that comes with avocado. We were not able to get the sandwich fixed tonight because they apparently closed early.
You cannot get any stars if you are closed when you state you are open. This has occurred multiple times and I wish I could give 0 stars. If you are closed, state you are closed instead of wasting my time so that I can find a subway worthy of the name.

RAW BACON! Deserves ZERO STARS! Ordered a Footlong PRO (double protein--bacon) BLT sandwich with added smashed avocado for delivery through UberEats. All the bacon on the sandwich was RAW & unsafe to eat. See photos. This was our first and will be our LAST time to get food from this Subway. It's been about two years since we got food from a Subway and thought we'd give them another try tonight. Shouldn't have! Wasted over $13 for this one sandwich alone, total order for two people was over $38.

I must say this place does in fact accept coupons!! Yippy!!Yippee!!! Very clean place, cookies fresh and tasty!!Wonderful staff, very patient and providing great service. We must remember these workers are doing the best they can despite any shortages from distribution. Food is prepped nice and fresh! Line goes smooth and despite any shortage of workers they keep steady pace to get you going! Thanks for the continued excellent service!
