Claimed they didn’t have any ingredients for either sandwiches. Did not tell me prior to ordering pick up. Arrived and found out, he was sitting there. Did not issue my refund until I had to ask. Poor poor custom service. Lazy employees.
The business says Monday - Saturday 7am-10pm and I arrive and the doors are locked before 9pm. I knocked on the door several times with the woman not even acknowledging that I was there. Very rude!!
Subway opens at 9am but chair are still up
Order was placed and paid for but when we arrived they said they were closed
Closing time is 9 pm but when me and my friend reached at 8.30 pm one old lady said that it's closed, she also made food like waste of money, if you visit this subway then there is a cute white girl, prefer her to make your order, she makes really testy and perfect.

I ordered online in subway app. They took my order. Notified me that the order is ready. I drove to the store and they said they're closed. They were inside but they were saying they're not making any sandwich. Moreover, they said they can't refund me. I have to talk to subway to get the refund. Used to like this place. But the recent management is total crap.

Waited in the lobby for 10 mins and never saw an employee. Had an alarm going off at the counter the whole time and had several people come in and leave due to no employees being present.

dear lord do not go here. me and my roommate placed an online order around 1:20, and we did not get our food until around 2:05. when we arrived at the subway, we waited about 10 minutes because the app said our food was still being made. we then went inside because the app said our food was made. we were asked if we were dining in or ordered online by what i'm assuming is the manager, and she says that they will get started on it. they absolutely did not get started on it at that time-instead, she went to the back to yell at the workers and disappeared. there was only one guy at the front, and he was making sandwiches for people who were actively coming in instead of working on our order that we placed so long ago. i'm not mad at the guy, just the manager. i don't understand why she can't help out at the front, and she did not even apologize for the inconvenience. we did not get any compensation either. i have a busy schedule, and this was very very frustrating, to deal with, as we couldn't cancel our order anymore since it claimed our order was done. will never go here again. Some people who were waiting in line also walked out because of how long it was taking. i feel bad for the workers there, and they deserve a much better manager.

I wanted to eat here but this lady was telling us she had 4 sandwiches three times and was rude to my husband I was like shouldn't we take priority first since we would sit here and eat terrible here

Waited 10 minutes and then was told twice by two different people that “sorry she’s on her way”. This was after a manager asked if I had been helped and then walked off.Officially 15 minutes. Still no one.There we are. 16 minute wait. The fourth person to show up finally makes the sandwich.

The reason I’m giving this fast food location a one star review is because of the same reason I give any location that is fast food a one star review. Monopolies do not treat their employees well and also they have poor working and food conditions. You can get much better quality food for less price even. They constantly tried to outdo their competitors and it makes me very sad to see them constantly hurt small businesses. As always much love from Houston and the universe and please stay safe San Antonio. :) Ɛ>

Older bitter lady was rude from the beginning, when we paid she literally threw the food at us we ended up throwing the food away had I not payed first I would have walked out.
