I love pets but there's a place for pets, I understand if the pet is a service dog, I can tell you this isn't a service dog. ..I come here alot to eat , last thing I wanna smell is a pet while im eating, yes I could of left, but I walk from my job to here.

I did a mobile order. I usually order from a different location but this one was closer at the time. The app took my payment or order and when we pulled up to get the order at 8:30 the lights were off and two people inside we “closing” the store the sign on the door says 9:30 so they were closing an hour early. But really made me mad was the two people inside looked at me after I knocked and made a face like I was a problem. And no one came to the door to say why they were closed an hour early and I can’t cancel the order on my end they have to on theirs so now I have to go up there in the morning to get my money back. This was the worse, absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had at a subway.

This Subway has to be one of the best. Very fresh, very clean, and the people there are amazing. The manager, Simon, has to be one of the best people in the entire organization. I've been in there several times, and each time he has the most positive energy, always smiling and laughing as he makes conversation with his customers and team.

Super rude employee. She ignored us until we had to ask her if she could give us service. It seems like she was upset that the other employee was taking a break . She scream at my husband when he asked her to please add lettuce and tomato to his sandwich as for her, his sandwich did not come with it. It was a very disrespectful and it looks like she did not wanted to work.

Came here several times to give them a chance, and every time my sandwiches was just sloped together, very messy/poorly made. If you’re going to spend your money on a sandwich, don’t come to this location. You’ll leave wishing you didn’t spend your money.

Younger girl working there is super rude. Kept mumbling comments under her breath and making smart remarks will not be going back ever.

The cashier wouldn't honor my valid coupon because the register wasn't working properly. I asked what do they suggest I do in that situation. They offered no solutions so I just left the sandwiches with them. I went to another location and they readily accepted the coupon.

This subway is probably the worst I've ever been in. The cooler to keep the veggies cold was not working, the AC has been broken for over a week. Poor workers making my sandwich with sweat dripping off of them. You got to do better than this SUBWAY. Will not be coming back to this location. I eat subway at least 4 times a week and this by far has been the worst experience. Literally it was like 90 deggrees in there.

You tell them exactly how you want the sandwich and they decide to make it how they want. Trash service. Multiple visit resulted in the same garbage service. So never will I order again from this location.
