I came here at 8:25. The worker said he was closed. Sign says they close at 9:00 ??? What’s really going on.

Bravo. You managed to take the world’s most basic food concept — let customer pick ingredients, assemble sandwich, exchange cash, everyone leaves with dignity — and absolutely butcher it. I’ve spent over $400 here in the last six months, not because I’m a Subway enthusiast, but because I’m too lazy to slice a tomato at home and your location enabled my lifestyle. We had a system. It worked.
Today, that system died.
Apparently, you’ve abolished the “Build Your Own” sandwich. The one thing that made Subway... Sub-way. Now, you push customers into this so-called “Subway Series,” which is basically the same sandwich, but corporate sprinkled in an identity crisis and decided to charge a $1 premium for the privilege of unwanted cheese. Cheese I didn’t ask for. Cheese that wasn’t even particularly enthusiastic to be there.
When I asked to just have it my way — you know, like I’ve done 72 times before — I was told no. No, unless I pay extra. For the same sandwich. With cheese now apparently harvested from golden cows raised on the moon.
To the manager: congratulations. You sacrificed a loyal, cash-spending customer for the thrill of enforcing a $1 upsell. You looked at a regular who’s spent hundreds of dollars, and thought, “Nah, let’s nickel-and-dime them until they never come back.” Mission accomplished.
I’m not mad. I’m impressed. I didn’t realize a sandwich chain could self-sabotage with such precision. It’s like watching a slow-motion car crash made of lettuce and regret.
Rest assured, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — not because I’m principled, but because I’m just lazy enough to let someone else make my sandwich without a side of corporate nonsense.
Hope that cheese money buys you something nice. Like a mirror.

Ordered delivery since car is in shop for a few days so figured I call . When they dropped off missing drink . Called no answer . Left message with finally someone I could get a hold of the catering dept manager should call me 10 minutes never did . Left message and send email to general subeau office at thst point . I tried calling Callinh 12 times ( not kidding ) just kept on ringing .

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. I ordered takeout from this Subway location, and when I arrived, I waited several minutes while they served customers who walked in after me. No one acknowledged me or let me know the status of my order.
Eventually, I went up to ask about it, and was told my food had been sitting there the whole time. No one had called my name or let me know it was ready, yet they acted like it was somehow my fault for not realizing it had been placed out. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. If I’m ordering ahead, the least I expect is clear communication when my order is ready—not to be blamed for their lack of it.
Overall, 0/10 service.

Customer service was excellent with a friendly welcome. The wait time was a breeze. Fresh bread along with the vegetables. I love the option to add extra veggies with out any extra charge. I also like the calorie intake that’s on their menu too.

I will say it's clean BUT they are super rude. I went to put my number in for the reward points and they got pissed because I froze the computer for a sec. Talking about they'll smack my hand and now it's my fault that the transaction was delayed. I couldn't believe it. I've always entered my number for the rewards at other locations without a problem. I'm never coming back here. It was at 12:00 pm on Jan 13th so I hope the management finds out.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Bad attitudes. Workers didn't know their menu. Completely rude to other customers. If you can't stand being there and if you dont have proper customer service etiquette, DONT SHOW UP.
