Best subway in SA! Made food perfect to go. Jenny leaves bible verses at the register which is awesome. I pray this location is blessed with all their needs. Will come again.

Amazing and clean location. Staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Very professional. I usually am not a big fan of subway but I will make sure to come back to this one specifically for the great customer service and order accuracy. I wish I could give 10 stars :)

I visited this subway a couple of days ago and during my time there I felt very uncomfortable. The employee named JAMES who was making my sandwich was being VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. I could hear him insulting my sandwich to his coworkers beside him. He repeatedly made comments like "this is so disgusting" "this combination just does not go" as I proceeded to stand right in front of him. I don't understand why he didn't just make my sandwich and keep his comments to himself. I had an online order and was planning on just eating there but after being criticized and basically called disgusting for how I eat my sandwich I left and WILL NOT be visiting again.

Hello,I went to the Subway located at1621 N MainSan Antonio, TX 78212I ordered a footlong veggie sandwich.When I got home, I unwrapped my sandwich to eat it. The bread was very hard, so I called Subway. I told the person who answered the phone the type of sandwich I ordered, and I gave him the time on the receipt.He said that the receipt says veggie delight salad. And I told him that an African American made the sandwich, and that she couldn't find the correct button for it, so she asked a male employee who was standing nearby what to do. And he told her to select the veggie salad.He said that he would call me back in a few minutes, but after 15 minutes he had not called, so I called again.The person who answered the phone the 2nd time said that he was the person she asked. He said that she told him that it was a salad so that is why he said veggie salad. I was standing right there, and I heard her ask him. He was at the register, so of course I heard.what she said to him and what he said to her. He said to her, "Just ring it up as a veggie delight salad."BOTH FLAT OUT LIED!I asked to speak to the manager, he said that he is the assistant manager.I told him that there are cameras in the restaurant, look at the cameras. He said that he didn't have access to the cameras, only the main office. I asked him for the phone number to the main office, and he said that he didn't know it.I told him that I had not eaten from the sandwich. He said to bring it in the following day, and he will make a new one.I AM SO ANGRY!!!I could not believe what I was hearing from a manager. HE FLAT OUT LIED!The purpose for going to a restaurant and ordering food is so that I can eat immediately and not have to worry about cooking.It is one thing when an employee lie, It is so heartbreaking to hear a manager lie!I contacted the Subway located on 1315 S St Mary's StSan Antonio, TXI asked for Subways' main office phone number.The person who answered the phone asked if he could help me. I explained to him the whole situation. He said to me that he will help me. He said give him about an hour. It was less than 30 minutes when he called me. He said that the owner of the Subway located on N Main did not answer the phone.He was very kind. He said that he will hook me up. And he went on to say that whatever I want to eat when I come to his restaurant, I can order free of charge. He sent me a text message with his name and another contact nameThere names are Mr. Azhar and Mr. Mario.Thank you Mr. Azhar and Mr. Mario for being a tremendous blessing to me!I am going to return this sandwich to the Subway on N Main either tomorrow or Friday to get my money back. I will never do business with this restaurant again!

I come here for a quick meal. The staff is great ,and I get my sandwich in less than five minutes. I don't eat here , but take it to go. So far it looks clean every time I go visit.

One of the greatest Philly cheesesteaks I've had from any sandwich shop. The service is great they just get right to sandwich making and boom your sandwich is already finished. a ambiance is quiet but chill.

Very humid store with employees that cant take their airpods out of their eara while working so they can actually hear your order. Had to repeat my veggies a good five times and the dude didnt once think it might be his dumb music in his ear that might be preventing him from hearing me.

I love Subway because you watch them make your sub and you can get extra this or just a splash of that. You're in control. And the coupon flyer that comes in the mail, saves you a lot of dinero. What concerns me about this particular store is that there aren't many workers. During the day there were only two and a long line of customers. Waiting for each customer to tell what they want on their sub takes time. And with only 2 employees to make subs and run the register, it becomes a long wait. One evening I walked in and there's a young lady working by herself. I felt sorry for her because she not only has to make the subs and ring it up, but has to clean the place up after closing. So I take my 5 stars away from Subway and give them to the hard working employees who always seem under staffed.Keep up the good work guys, you all deserve the 5 stars, (and a raise).Adios Amigos...
