We come here all of the time and Vanessa has been amazing each and every time! Always Fast and efficient with great conversation, so you can understand how upset we are to know she is leaving! We will miss you Vanessa!

The subway app changed my selected location (not the first time it's happened) to a random location and the few times this has happened every place has cancelled the order. Apparently only managers in this location can cancel orders and one wasn't in. Awful design because I know for a fact other locations let employees cancel orders. The cherry on top is calling back and being relayed lies from the manager. They claimed you can cancel orders on the app. You cannot.
My fault for placing an order with a wrong location and double my fault for thinking a subway manager will do their job lol

Two times in a row I’ve ordered from this subway online just to show up and for them to tell me they couldn’t make my sandwich because there wasn’t any steak. It wasn’t even 6 pm yet! I didn’t order here for months the first time it happened, so today I thought I would give it a chance, because they’re right next to my apartment. But that was my mistake apparently. I will not be ordering from here again.
