I ordered online trough the app and when I go to pick it up everything was off and no one was there. I checked online and it said they were still open. The circle k employee told me that they closed and left at 6. I tried calling today to get my money back and I called 4 times and still NO answer. This is ridiculous

This place sucks. I ordered sandwiches and they messed them ALL up leaving me with a sandwich with mustard that I cannot eat and my brother with a veggie filled sandwich that he didn’t like. As I dropped off the food as their school there was no way for me to return the sandwiches etc. the woman at the restaurant insisted the order was for Teresa when I pointed to the bag multiple times and read it as TESSA. absolutely the worst experience and they didn’t even answer their phone when I called. Waste of $30 for sure.

I never got ro place an order at 915am, due to an employee who could not pull themself away from watever to assist a customer. 3 other circle k employees reached out to (cathy or cassie) because customers would like to purchase goods that are for sale. I hope there is a form of accountability. (Circle k cashier is a excellent employee)
Cathy the manager was so wonderful with preparing our order - she took the time to give us extra veggies/sauce and even helped us walk it out to the car in the rain! The food looks delicious and we were very happy with the service :)
