Absolutely unacceptable. Four different people, on four separate occasions, got food poisoning after eating from this Subway location. This shows a consistent lack of food safety and hygiene. It’s clear that management is not prioritizing proper food handling practices. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am absolutely disgusted. We placed 4 different orders at 4 different times between 4 different people. How did all 4 of us manage to get food poisoning? I also called the location multiple times with no answer as well. If you’re going to be serving people food at least serve food that isn’t going to make people brutally ill. I genuinely hope this location gets shut down before they get someone admitted into the hospital. I’ve never been in so much pain before.

Service was great. Blanca was really sweet to me .However it was way too hot in the building which is a health concern. If the food can’t be kept cool bacteria grows. Turn on the AC for heavens sake ! Employees shouldn’t be sweating away.
Walked in to get a sandwich and the lady was super rude. It got worse as we went along so I just walked out.

i’ve ordered from this subway 3 times now and it’s really good! everything is always fresh and made the way i specified. i usually do to-go orders and the people who work here are always very kind. the drinks and chips are usually stocked too! place is always clean as well. i can count on this subway to make lunch or dinner easy!
Parking: parking lot shared with the other places (little caesars, etc) but there’s lots of spaces to park!

This location close to UTSA. Although same setup, does not accept most coupons. Staff change constantly, most likely due to their student and semester schedules.Sandwiches made to order n cookies are good n filling. Store clean. Take out n dine in available. Bottled n fountain drinks, and chips for purchase. No alcohol.One annoyance of mine... when watching server build order, the glass viewing areas to the fresh add ons is obscured by promo stickons. Also, Subway now advertises Freshly Sliced meat (twice daily), but know as the day goes on those scheduled fluffy slices that are moved to the 'assembly' area still look like the previous pre sliced, packaged, and shipped units as before. (Still good tasting) But I could be wrong.... If only I could see it better through the promo ads.

Ordered online last night October 14th, showed up 15 minutes after, order wasn’t even started. Had to wait 10 more minutes for it. Mind you there was only 2 customers in the store. There was 3 other online that were done but mine wasn’t touched. The staff was very unprofessional. My drink that I ordered online said no ice and the young lady put ice in it. I told her I would be pouring it out bc I didn’t want ice and she said “we’re required to.” Like no you aren’t. Quit lying. This location is just very unprofessional. Management needs to step in quickly. Also wearing booty shorts where you can barely seem them but your subway shirt covers them is very unprofessional and looks disgusting. Not a professional location!!!

Horrible experience. Placed order for 4 sandwiches online for store pickup. Sandwiches were all made wrong. The toppings were wrong, cheese and bread are wrong and when I called the store to complain, the person replied said she is the manager and she was very rude. She told me I gave you what I have left. I was like what do you mean? So I order something and get something else. Why didn’t you let us know you don’t have what we ordered? She is like there is no phone number so I asked why she didn’t say it when we picked up sandwiches and she was like what do you want now. I said I want you to do it right. So she just hangs up the phone on me and I tried calling store 3 times after and no answer. This is unacceptable! I will put a complain on subway customer care website.
