When it's open its great, but can't count on it always being open during business hours. I have been here multiple times and the are closed even if sign shows open. Could be 2pm, 4 pm, or 6pm they just randomly have door locked stinks

I am highly dissatisfied with the service of this establishment. There employees the training and customer service.They clearly lied about their operating times saying that the store was closed when the star was clearly supposed to still be open. The establishment was dirty.He said he was about to clean.He didn't even clean as far as I know.Because he was standing talking to a friend , what it looked like.

Never would I have realized Subway dropped so low until I ordered this disappointing sandwich.
#31 Cheesy Garlic Steak Deluxe Extra meat
Long story short. I'm not sure if it's the workers fault or how the company teaches them to prepare subs but I feel like I got ripped-off. In no way do I see the extra meat that I ordered. Hopefully it was just a slight mistake by the worker. Ultimately, if I'm paying $14 for a sub I expect more.

This is the third time they do THIS a footlong supposed to have 12 slices of turkey and they always put eight slices but this time I counted and put him on the spot and asked him do they tell u to do that and he actually said yes like wow idk but this subway on culebra is not the one I recommend u go to w military Dr. They always on point and I never have problems with them

I don’t know if her name is Anileth or Anigelith, I don’t care, shes horrible at her job, she puts all your vegetables on one side of the sandwich… squished my bread and put like 4 or 3 of each thing I ask for. She didn’t even fold my bread she just crumbled it together. I HATE the way she did it and I don’t know why she even works there.

First time at this location,likely last: Cockroach can been seen on the counter, the toaster smokes from the amount of grease not cleaned off,cookie stand had a floor of crumbs,and nobody wears hairnets of any kind not even for beards.Only saving grace is the service; asked clarifying questions,"Does a few mean more or less?" And made sure the food didn't rip from the bag handed to me.
