We had such a great experience here yesterday. The staff was so friendly and we had a great conversation with them. The sandwiches were delicious and we will return in the future to this location specifically for the atmosphere.

I ordered the Tuna 6 inch sub and I was sick all night long. They had a medal cover so I couldn't see the quality of the food. I'm so sick this morning.

This place has gone down so much. The workers are all young kids and they have no customer service at all. No one ever greets you when you walk in and when it's your turn in line, there is no communication at all. They just look up at you and make some grunting noises like you're supposed to read their mind. It's so rude an uncomfortable. I guess you can't teach work ethic now a days. It's so sad.

This used to be my favorite Subway years ago. I don't know what in the world happened over time. No one here even knew how to make a pizza. Unbelievable.

I have a horrible habit of coming to this location close to closing time because it's so close to home but the employees are ALWAYS SO NICE TO ME! I know everyone hates that customer that comes in right before closing time but these past few times, there are always the same 2 young men working and they never make me feel like I'm an inconvenience. The veggies are always fresh, never feel like I get shorted on my protein. They always have cookies stocked and keep the store clean.

i placed an order and tried to call after to make a change. None of the calls were answered, once i arrived to pick up, i called again and watched as they ignored my call once more and laughed with no intention to pick up. not funny or cute.

We live in a day of age with lots of viruses Covid being the most prevalent. This individual sneezed in his hand prior to attempting to prepare my sandwich and was about to put on a glove without washing his hands. I said would you mind washing your hands which he then proceeded to wash his hands so kudos for that. But people should have common practice and common sense if you sneeze wash your hands. I just decided to leave. Who knows what goes on when nobody is watching.

The server John who works under the management of Issac at the 1604 and Culebra, would not greet me as a customer and would not take my order. Im new to this location but won't be coming back.

A delightful experience. Elizabeth with a smile on her face, was very friendly and prompt. For the most part this location has very good service. Food is tasty.

John is a professional sandwich maker. Seriously! The best sandwich I’ve had. Thanks John!
