The fat Hispanic woman who works here is the RUDEST employee I have ever encountered at a Subway. She bullies her fellow coworkers (who will be serving 30+ customers) while she does absolutely NOTHING productive- no helping or interacting with the customers, no taking or fulfilling orders, nothing, just so she can get paid to play on her phone all day. I have been to this location multiple times and she conducts herself in this manner EVERY time I have come in to buy a sandwich. Plus she has zero respect for service members which is horrible because she works at a Subway location ON BASE. THIS LADY NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY.

Asked for protein bowl. Once they took out the meat from the oven the container melted and they poured melted plastic into my bowl. Yum I definitely threw it away and will never return to this location. Disgusting.

They keep manning the register with the rudest older staff, most annoying is when they ask you what you ordered and ask three times "if your sure" and then crinkle and toss the receipt so you can't see if they really charged you for whatever add-ons their determined to push that day. Most recently I was charged 14$ for a six inch cold cut, I have no idea how they came up with that number but I'm definitely not eating at this Subway again.

Wow. First of all let me say this place gives out of this world customer service! Keven is one of the friendliest employees i have encountered in the mini mall. Not to mention how clean this place is. The employees do everything they can to ensure the patrons have an accommodating experience! This is probably my favorite restaurant in san antonio and i will definitely be back. The employees go above and beyond at this place. Sandwich taste sandwich was good.
