Absolutely ignorant. Did not eat here as the young lady must still be in the first day of training! She couldn’t answer the questions I had, she asked the male who was working with her and he wasn’t any help either! Blind leading the blind. She finally told me to make my “order on the app” but couldn’t tell me what site or app to use. Oh well, I’m sure my KFC will be good tonight! So much for Subway! Ba bye. No more at this location! Austin Hwy, in front of Lowe’s.

Usually pretty good, but today (07/26/2024) I went in got my normal sub, and an hour later immediately started having food poisoning symptoms. I called and they did not seem to care at all. Be aware!

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred today [04-12-24] at this establishment. My wife purchased a white bread sub with toasted black forest ham, pepper jack cheese, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, mayo, and mustard. Shortly after consuming half of the sub on the way home, she experienced immediate nausea and subsequently vomited and had to use the restroom.While we cannot definitively attribute her illness to food poisoning at this time, it is noteworthy that the mayo on the sandwich appeared to be hot and slimy. I contacted the store manager to report the incident, but unfortunately, the manager responded with a dismissive attitude, questioning the connection between her illness and the sub and offering no resolution or apology.Given this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be returning to this location in the future. I hope that you will take appropriate measures to address the concerns raised and ensure the quality and safety of the food serve at your establishment.
